With such vast expanses of golden sand, Fuerte is the perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday. Here you'll find some of the most impressive Blue Flag bays in Europe. Costa Calma's long coastline if famous for watersports. Arguably the most popular is windsurfing. There are tuition and equipment hiring centres, which cater for beginners upwards, on the main beaches. Surfing and kite boarding is also readily available.
Costa Calma offers peaceful seclusion and a relaxed pace of life, with romantic dining and drinking under the stars! There is a good selection of restaurants, serving international cuisine, bars, boutiques and live entertainment.
There's a wealth of attractions for all ages, mountain biking being a popular way to admire the scenery; while keen golfers can play a round at the island's championship 18 hole course. Many of the hotels in Costa Calma have leisure amenities, including crazy golf, ten pin bowling and horse-riding.
