Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are PER PERSON (based on 8 PERSONS), any additional guests will be charged £99 per person, per week (up to a maximum of 12 people). Children under the age of 2 stay FREE as guests of Hollywood Heights (and cots, highchairs, buggies are provided with our compliments).
  Xmas, New Year, Easter and mid-Term breaks are charged a supplement for high season.
  There is a cleaning charge of £50 per week on all bookings. All bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen is changed midweek of your stay. However, please note that you need to bring your own beach towels for use outdoors.
  
• Other services can be provided on request eg. grocery welcome pack.
  A collection service on arrival at the airport can be organised for a nominal charge.
  
• The villa is usually available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and we ask that it be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Subject to booking arrangements, other times may occasionally be accommodated. A 20% deposit will be required to secure a booking, the balance being due not later than 8 weeks prior to departure.

Golf Information:

Fuerteventura Golf Club is an 18 hole golf paradise, with lush fairways, swaying palm trees, with challenging water hazards, and all only 40 minutes drive away from Hollywood Heights. It is a par 71 course extending 612 metres, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty, its main difficulties are generally associated with the breeze and its many lakes, connected by small brows and channels, with can sometimes come into the game. The dominating breeze comes from the north and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a players skill. The course was designed by the prestigiuous architect Juan Catarimeau, who realised the importance of the effect of the wind and landscaped it with this factor in mind. For this reason we find extensive greens and fairways up to 50 metres wide. The designer balanced the number of difficult holes with the number of easier ones which some players can complete below. The course, which is superbly appointed and maintained, will present a challenge to the most serious golfer and as an ideal place to improve your game if you are less experienced. There is a 50 bay driving range and extensive practice putting/chipping facilities. The exclusive five star hotel and clubhouse will welcome you to relax with a refreshing drink after your game.
