This traditional, detached villa is conveniently located on the outskirts of Caleta de Fuste, within walking distance of the beach and all amenities of this popular resort. The accommodation comprises, of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom, spacious lounge dining room with American style fitted kitchen. Stairs lead down to a second bathroom with Jacuzzi and a games room with billiard table, bar and two sofa beds. The villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout. Outdoors: Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large covered terrace. Extensive sun terraces surround a 7m x 4m swimming pool with Roman steps which can be heated from Nov08. Sun loungers, patio furniture and a BBQ are provided. The villa has mature gardens with lawns and distant sea views. (As with all property in Caleta de Fuste, due to the location, some aircraft noise may be experienced dependant wind direction)

The resort of Caleta de Fuste, now also known as ‘Costa Caleta’ has been built around an 18th century fortified tower and a small harbour used by pleasure boats. The beautiful golden beach and calm, clear sheltered waters have resulted in the resort becoming very popular with families. Not far from the resort, on of the volcanic mountains is inhabited by chipmunks. For those seeking an activity holiday Caleta has a lot to offer including an excellent range of water sports at some of the best beaches on the island plus the new Championship Golf Course nearby. There is an abundance of bars, multi-national restaurants and boutiques to visit. A colourful market complements this on Saturdays. The resort is just 10km south of the airport and can be reached easily by car or taxi in 20 minutes. Due to the close proximity of the airport, some aircraft noise must be expected.

We loved this villa it was exactly as described, everything that you could want in it to make your holiday a good one, the pool was fab and it was cleaned every day, the maids were lovely and they cleaned the villa a few times when we were there, it is very near to everything the supermarket is just up the road, lots of shops and restaurants within a 10 min walk which was very easy, great reception on the complex with lovely staff and also free soft drinks and coffee or tea in reception, the only thing that let this villa down was the television as there was no sky installed all we got were news sports disney channel and zone romantica I would have liked more sky channels but all in all a great holiday and I would recommend it to anyone.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

stayed here in late june 2008 with my 2 daughters 17 and 15 yrs old. Villa has everything you require, rooms are spacoius, not overlooked by anyone and the pool right outside the lounge was excellent. cleaners in every other day and do a through job.the downstairs poolroom gave another dimeminsion to the property the only drawback being it was a bit detached(being picky!) the position of the villa is ideal right on the edge of rhe complex witin 5 mins walk(slightly downhill) of caletta de fuste which has numerous restaurants bars shops etc. beach is good (5-10 mins walk) there really is nothing i could find about the villa or the area to complain about. it was that good that i started to look at properties to buy when i got home, oh and one other thing the area is incredibly clean no rubbish, mess , smells etc._
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
