This is a newly built villa. It is detached with off street parking to the front and a secure garden to the rear. The garden has a private heated pool, 6m x 3m, large patio area and barbecue. The inside of the villa is furnished to a very standard and should cater for all of your home comforts. In the lounge, you will find two satellite systems installed. The full British Sky TV package and the German equivalent. There's also a CD and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is an outside utility room with a washing machine and drying facilities.

The location is the key here. You will find yourselves no more than 10 mins drive from any of the superb beaches, mountain views & the famous sand dunes of Corralejo. The mountains provide some lovely sunsets & are around 10 mins drive inland. The beaches are very popular with both sunbathers & watersports enthusiasts alike. Flag beach, one of the most famous, is 5 minutes drive away. Everything from national history to natural beauty, mountain activities to watersports & beaches, is within easy driving distance. Head towards the centre of Corralejo & the islands of Lanzarote & Los Lobos dominate the skyline. Ferries run everyday to both. You will also pass the Bacu waterpark. The kids will love it. Its 3 mins drive away & also has a bowling alley, golf driving range & market days. 10 mins drive in the opposite direction & you will come to El Cotillo on the west coast. It is littered with beautiful beaches & lagoons. It also has a small harbour & half a dozen very good restaurants.

  • Prices are per week and based on 4 people sharing. Add an extra £30 per week for the use of each sofa bed. The sofabeds are doubles and there are 2 in the lounge.
    Changeover days are flexible.
    Contact the owner for a price if you wish to let for longer than 2 weeks.
  • If you are not hiring a car we can arrange airport transfers, they are cheaper than taxis.
  • A deposit of £100 will reserve your requested dates and the remaining balance will be due 6 weeks before departure. The deposit is non returnable. Should there be a cancellation after the balance has been paid, the amount returnable will be the balance, devided by 42 days. eg Should cancellation take place 3 weeks before departure the amount returned will be 21 parts of the balance.

Tell me more: The villa is situated in La Capellania just off the main Corralejo to La Oliva road. It has a mountain backdrop to the rear and natural parkland to the front. The parkland stretches all the way down to the famous sand dunes and beaches of Corralejo. A car is recommended because, although there are a few beaches in town, the majority of Corralejos beaches are on the outskirts of town. There are many little villages and towns to explore in Fuerteventura, both along the coast and in the mountains, and the roads are very good and are easy to navigate.

Eating out: Eating out is cheap in Corralejo and the standard of the restaurants is excellent, especially in the old town and along the seafront. Live entertainment is often provided if you dine in one of the two squares in the old town. The villa is on the doorstep of La Oliva, Villeverde, Larjares and El Cotillo. All of which boast excellent restaurants and if you don't fancy driving, taxis are cheap and reliable.

On the doorstep : If you don't fancy getting out and about then the area itself has everything you'll need in walking distance. Although the villa has its own private heated pool there are larger communal pools dotted around. There's a supermarket and a cinema 200 metres from the villa.

We stayed in "Casa Miguel" for 10 nights in April 2008.
The villa is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, a real home from home and the location is ideal, quiet and away from it all , but a short drive into Corrallejo.
We have been to Fuerteventura a number of times, but this was our most enjoyable, relaxing from the moment we arrived. It was reasurring to have your Management Team at the end of the 'phone and the pool was kept clean for us. I am currently making arrangements with my Mum and her friend to visit the villa with us next year, so will be contacting you soon regarding booking. I think we have found our ideal base in Fuerteventura!! We had a BAD experience with a Travel Agent last year when we went to America, and am so pleased our first experience at "doing it ourselves" was such a positive one! Thank-you.

Casa miguel is exactly as it looks on the photos.It is well equipped, very much a home from home.Better than home according to my teenager!! The management company were quick to repond when we needed information.It's only a 5 minute drive from correlejo, although there is a frequent bus service onto the development.As a single parent I found it to be in a safe environment .The well stocked shop is within sight of the villa and the children enjoyed their daily visit and exploring locally.

Hello Micheal,

We had a lovely holiday at 'Casa Miguel' We were really happy with the villa and location for us was great as with to young children we wanted somewhere quiet and is was also good for us to have the patio in the garden to play on The management company were also very good, we contacted them twice during our stay and they dealt with the problems straight away..

We will stay again if we return for a third time!

We stayed at Casa Miguel in April 2008 and found this villa to be excellent. It had everthing that we needed and more. The facilities, sky tv, swimming pool, BBQ were fantastic. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. We would like to visit again, who knows we may make this place our annual holiday destination. We look forward to our next visit.
