The Villa is situated on the famous Golf Course which hosted the 2004 Spanish Open. This is located about 10km south of the airport and is readily accessible by car and only costs a small taxi fare. The course is situated between the mountains and the sea and enjoys panoramic views of the mountains and sea. The sea/beach is very close by as is the town of Caleta De Fuste. Within walking distance one can find the new commercial centre which offers may facilities including shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, 10 pin bowling, amusement arcade, multiplex cinemas, and internet cafe.

  • Please note the prices quoted are on the basis of the property and 6 guests. Additional charges apply to extra guests. A security deposit of £ 200 sterling is required. An optional fee of £50 is payable per week for air-conditioning, optional heating on pool £70 pw. A DISCOUNT may apply to late bookings / availability made within 2 weeks of let, depending on season.
  • Every effort will be made to accommodate guest regarding changeover times, where possible we will try to arrange these times to suit flight times. However, this may not always be possible, in which case the standard times of check-in 3pm and check-out 10 am will apply.
  • Please note we do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the villa and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to the island. We cannot accept any responsibility for maintenance/repair works which may be undertaken by any other villa on the golf course. Thank you.

Our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa, having found last year that everything was perfect. The location looks onto a golf course, a good selection of sky channels are available, and the villa is in a good and clean condition. However on this years visit the pool heater was unserviceable for the whole of the two weeks we were there, and the owner has since declined to return the supplement we paid for it. Still an enjoyable stay but spoilt by the pool being noticeably cooler that our pervious visit.
Owner's Response: Many thanks for the kind comments. The guest enjoyed things so much that he paid the ultimate compliment in coming back for a second visit. I am pleased he enjoyed himself so well and also that on his return he was not disappointed and found the villa to be beautiful, in good condition and clean. It is unfortunate that he felt the pool was cooler on his second visit. This unfortunately is governed by many factors other than the efficiency of the pool heater, factors such as the air temperature, the amount of daytime sunshine ,the wind, how clear and cool the night is, and whether the pool is covered when not in use. Overall I am pleased that all was well and trust that the cooler temperature did not spoil the overall experience.

Beautiful villa frontline to the golf course with great sea views. We had a fantastic holiday at this villa with all our requirements catered for. The kids had hours of fun in the lovely heated pool and the terrace furniture was ideal for sipping your glass of whine or outside dining. The villa was pristine on arrival and a credit to the cleaner. We found Ian (manager) to be very friendly and professional. It was also my 40th birthday so great memories of this fab villa.
