Peartree Villa has an individually designed heated pool with flume slide and adjoining children's pool . The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful location and is only 10 mins walk to Golf and Beach. The villa is a short distance from the small resort of Costa Caleta. Shops and restaurants are also conveniently nearby at the local Atlantico Commercial Centre. The villa is just 10 minutes walk from the 5 Star Elba Palace Golf Hotel and Golf Club, offering a wide variety of services. The villa is furnished and equiped to accommodate 8 people, there are four bedrooms with the master having ensuite facilities. The villa is beautifully appointed throughout, with modern top quality furnishings used. The kitchen in equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher. An outside staircase leads to a large fully tiled sun terrace on the first floor, where you can take in the beautiful views of the Golf Course, the Atlantic Ocean and the local mountains.

Fuerteventura is the longest, and the second largest of the Canary Islands. Despite its size it still remains sparsely populated, and has not undergone mass tourism development. The 265 km of coastline offers beautiful fine sandy beaches that transform Fuerteventura into a paradise island. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities on the island and many protected natural landscapes that can be visited. The Golf Resort is located in the middle of the east coast, close to Costa Caleta. This central location offers the ideal base for exploring the island. Costa Caleta is built around a horseshoe shaped bay and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Caleta de Fuste is rich in character and offers a wide variety of entertainment and fun ideas for small children.

The spacious open plan lounge has 2 x 3 seater leather sofas & one 2 seater. The dining area has seating for 8 people. There is digital TV & DVD player supplied. All rooms have ceiling fans. All the bedrooms are supplied with bed linen, bathrooms with towels & kitchen with tea towels. Outside there is also a covered patio area which allows shade all day, great for the children to play or to sit & relax in the cool. Outside is a staircase to the roof terrace which has spectacular views of the sea & golf course. The individually designed private heated pool with flume slide & adjoining Jacuzzi / children’s pool has sun beds for 8 people & dining for 8 people making it an idyllic setting for enjoying the year round sunshine by day & al-fresco dining by night.
