This is a brand new (2006) detached, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury villa with its own private swimming pool. It is conveniently located in the centre of Fuerteventura, the second largest of the Canary Islands. The villa is situated within a quaint Spanish village surrounded by fields and mountain views. The village itself offers local amenities including bars, restaurants and a shop and is situated only 15 minutes from the airport. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday, yet only a short distance from the vibrant resort of Caleta de Fuste, with a large beach and a world class golf course.

Villa Tessa is located in the quaint Spanish village of Triquivijate. Triquivijate is situated near the centre of the island which makes it a perfect base for exploring all the many sights Fuerteventura has to offer. The village contains stables for horse riding, three bars and a shop where you will find a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It is only 3km from Antigua which has three supermarkets and all the facilities of a small town. Alternatively the lively resort of Caleta de Fuste is only a ten minute drive, where you will find a fantastic golf course, a shopping centre with a supermarket, ten pin bowling, a cinema and specialist shops. Caleta also offers a large beach with golden sands and watersports. While there is plenty of variety for the evening with lots of bars and restaurants including Italian, Chinese and authentic local dishes.

Outside: The large plot contains off road parking, although there is plenty of space to park outside the villa. There is 7x3.5 pool with shower and six sun loungers. A tiled area with barbeque and dining table that seats six for alfresco dining with unobstructed views over the plains towards the hills and mountains.

Accommodation: Bedrooms: the master bedroom contains a king size bed with dressing room and en suite room fully tiled with WC, bath, shower, double sink and large mirror. Safe. Bathroom 2 fully tiled with bath, shower and WC. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds, fans, bedside cabinets with lamps, and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has rear door access. The living room has seating for 6 with two leather sofas, satellite television and DVD player. The kitchen: fully fitted with granite worktops, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron. Dining area with glass topped table and six chairs with a high chair available.
