'Willoughby' is situated at Red Hill, Willoughby Bay. The bay lies next to Marmora Bay, home to the world famous St. James's Club, where our guests are made welcome for restaurant dining and sea sports. Top class restaurant, The Hideout, is also within walking distance. Peaceful Willoughby Bay is ideal for walking, angling, sea-surfing, snorkelling, beach combing and just watching the wildlife. 'Nowhere is far', as they say in Antigua, and within 1/2 hour you can be at the golf course. A ten minute drive to English Harbour will reveal a world of shopping, water-sports and exciting night-life, particularly at the height of the tourist season. It is also home to the romantic setting of Nelson’s Dockyard and other famous historic sites, and if you enjoy local popular music, Shirley Heights is not far. St John’s, the capital, is twenty-five minutes drive away and has a wealth of shopping and restaurant facilities. The airport is a thirty minute drive away.

Notes to the rental rates

  • The amount given is an example for 4 people sharing. The rate can be less for 1 person or 2 people sharing, or more for 5 or more people sharing the property.
    Between 1st December and 30th April, there are a few special weeks - Christmas and New Year, Agents' Week, Classic Yachts Week. During these and any other special weeks, the rates tend to be higher.
    Between the low season, we are willing to consider lower rates.
    The security deposit is normally about 15% of the rental price, however, it may be increased during Sailing and other special weeks.
  • The long-term rate of US$5,000 minimum varies depending on the size of the group.
  • Between May and the end of November, attractive low season rates are available.
