This delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located on the Harbour View Estate, adjacent to the entrance of Jolly Harbour. This newly refurbished and tastefully decorated villa sits on a ¼ acre well-kept landscaped plot. With its own private pool and generous sun-deck area, great for chilling out on or for keeping the children occupied. The house comes equipped for all your holiday needs with Cable TV, Stereo system and air-conditioning in all bedrooms. A fully equipped fitted kitchen, large living area and 3 generous sized bedrooms. Fully equipped outside with BBQ and dining area for that ‘al-fresco’ dining experience. You are within 10 minutes walking distance of a secluded beach. This established development is adjacent to the Jolly Harbour resort, which boasts the biggest Marina in the Caribbean and a fine 18-hole golf course. With a commercial center housing many shops; supermarket, banks, and a pharmacy and numerous shops perched alongside the marina.

From The Green House you are within 10 minutes walk to the superb South Beach within Jolly Harbour, and 5 minutes walk to the Marina complex complete with a fully stocked supermarket, shops and restaurants, banks, a pharmacy and an 18 hole golf course. Many of the recommended excursions depart from Jolly Harbour. Whether you like to go Fishing, take your own private charter, helicopter ride, a day out on a catamaran or rent a car, all of these activities are available from Jolly Harbour which makes The Green House an ideal location. You are within a 20 minute drive to St. John's the Capital where there are numerous casinos, fabulous Duty Free Shopping, a museum and the local fruit and vegetable, fish and meat markets just to name a few. Shirley Heights is a 45 minute drive from The Green House and is a recommended must on a Sunday evening to take in the beautiful view over English Harbour / Nelsons Dockyard, the sunset, steel band and later on the local Reggae band.
