Castaways restaurant is right on the beach, & open all day & evening. There are restaurants, bars, a casino, shops, a bank, tennis & squash courts, a gym, yoga lessons & a large swimming pool at the marina . Notes to the rental rates

• A 5% discount for rentals over 3 weeks and 10% discount for rentals over 4 weeks. Payments accepted in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. Sterling cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account - Euros and US Dollar payments must be by electronic transfer (No Cheques). 25% non refundable deposit required to secure reservation - balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Rental rates include all persons up to 4 and all utilities including air conditioning. For 5 persons, add ?100.00 per week. Minimum Rental charge is 3 days.
  
• ?100 seperate cheque for security deposit is required, to be returned when villa vacated.

Villa Cleaning

Our housekeeper will meet you at the villa sometime after your arrival to see you are settled in. The villa will be cleaned and beds changed after the first week for stays of two weeks, and after each week for longer stays, up to one month, although it is well stocked with extra linen and towels for your convenience. Stays of over one month will be on a completely self-catering basis, with cleaning and washing to be arranged separately.

Deck and Finger Pier

We have had a new deck and finger pier built onto the patio, which makes the whole area double the size. The new decking lets you sunbathe for longer into the evening, and has lights set into the deck for evening use.The finger pier allows you to fish further out or use for hiring a boat.
