Internet broadband, Cable TV & DVD player. Direct access to private 40' mooring just off the patio, great for your boat or fishing! Patio from sitting room & main bedroom, ceiling fans, washing machine, off street parking, bed sheets & towels, 24 hour security. Bikes, m/bikes & golf cart hire. Villa residents can use large family swimming pool, tennis courts, squash, 18-hole golf course, coastal & deep sea fishing & boat hire. Self-catering but with choice of about 6 bars/restaurants within walking distance. Internationally catered supermarket on the complex. Car hire is easy & can be arranged from the airport pick-up/drop off or taxis are always around. Choice of plenty of white sandy beaches, long walks or just resting & relaxing. Maid can also be arranged. Just call for details.

There are plenty of restaurants near by as well as in the complex, 365 wonderful white beaches with a variety of water sports and the island offers hiking, riding, zip-lining, go-karting and much more. St John's is 20 mins away but there is a local bank and necessary small shops (including a beautician and massage and relaxation centre) on the complex. Spectacular views of neighbouring islands and the wonderful evening sunsets are available free of charge by the beach bar, within a very short walking distance of the house. Antigua has plenty of direct flights from major UK and some European airports and also serves the remaining Caribbean islands. Jolly Harbour is a well established private community and offers a good balance of permanent residents and private villa owners on holiday.
