Hamilton Estate is a private development near to Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. Jolly Beach is just a 10 minutes walk away; a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees, and the entrance to the marina is also just a 10 minutes walk away. Each of our three villas stands in its own garden and has 3 en-suite bedrooms, expansive internal and external living areas, and a private swimming pool with sundeck. Guests staying at one of our villas can choose to include one or more days of their holiday aboard our 47' classic sailing ketch with a qualified skipper and professional hostess to take them on a sailing itinerary of their choice; an ideal holiday option for experiencing the many pleasures of Caribbean sailing without forgoing the comfort of top quality shore based accommodation. Coco House has been designed for al fresco living with extensive verandas and decks that extend the internal spaces outwards. All principal rooms open to covered external areas, so suited to well-adjusted tropical living. The wide swing-back French doors can be secured open during the day to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and glorious sunshine. The 3 double bedrooms are all en-suite. The living area has French doors to two sides and is equipped with cable television, DVD player, hi-fi, and high-speed wireless Internet connection. The kitchen area is fully fitted with a range of base and wall units, oven with hob, a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility room with a washing/dryer. Doors lead out to the dining veranda which has a gas barbeque. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are fitted in all rooms. There are two large covered verandas and an open deck with a 12' x 10' pool. The villa has its own private garden.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates apply to arrivals between the dates shown for each period. ie If guests arrive on 26th November 2009 the weekly rate will be £975 but the rental will be £1250 for guests arriving after that date.
  A deposit of 20% of the rental price is required at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days before your arrival in Antigua. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with payment of the final balance. Full details available at the time of booking.

For a very special experience, a day on our 47' classic sailing ketch will definitely prove a holiday highlight. The yacht is spacious and fitted out to an extremely high standard with a comprehensive inventory of equipment for personal safety and comfort. For fun and relaxation there are deck loungers; fins, masks and snorkels; a double kayak; and a plethora of water toys; plus the tender for pottering about and shore leave. There are so many places to explore around the coast of Antigua that each day on board offers new sights and destinations. You can choose to take it easy and relax for the day, leaving our crew to take care of everything, or you can actively participate in sailing the yacht. Snorkel over coral reefs and observe the Caribbean marine life - exotic fish, rays, turtles and dolphins - or laze on deck and enjoy freshly prepared meals with a choice of drinks. To end the day, drop anchor in another secluded bay, and enjoy canapés and cocktails as the sun goes down.
