The Mermaid House is a wonderful fully-furnished beachfront house. The house is located on a gorgeous sandy beach in beautiful Tar Bay, 5 miles north of George Town overlooking the magnificent turquoise waters of The Exuma Sound. The Mermaid House is located on Great Exuma 5 minutes drive from the airport and only 10 minutes drive from George Town (Capital of The Exuma Islands). The Mermaid House is about 2000 sq. feet and has a wrap-around porch. The deck facing the ocean is about 1000 sq. feet. The house has direct access to the beach. The Mermaid House has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Scandinavian style interior. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms and 2 exterior showers. The house sleeps 6(8) people. Two master bedrooms with large walk-in closets. Both master bedrooms open up onto the deck and offers magnificent views over the ocean and the adjacent keys. One additional bedroom with cabinets and with a french door to the wrap-around porch.

Location: Great Exuma in Bahamas

The Mermaid house is really wonderful - it is located beachfront on the ocean side of Great Exuma (Tar Bay) on one of the nicest beaches. The house has a very nice wrap-around-deck and a huge terrace overlooking the beach and the Exuma-blue water. The view is magnificent, the place is a Paradise. The terrace is furnished with Scandinavian teak garden furniture, sunbeds and beach chairs. There is direct access to the lovely sandy beach. The water is crystal clear - 'clear as gin' - and offers excellent swimming and snorkeling. About 300 yards down the beach is a beautiful coral reef, where you can snorkel and get a wonderful experience. There are lot of fishing-possibilities around Exuma. And if you are interested in golf, it will only take you about 10 min. by car to go to Emerald Bay with the brand new Greg Norman Golf Course, which is quite beautiful. Take a walk, go swimming, go fishing, explore the island or enjoy a 'Bahama Mama' on the beach or on the porch and enjoy your life
