The villas are close to a large supermarket, shops, and restaurants. Internet DSL provided at no cost. Nintendo 64 available! This villa is a short 5 minute walk to Atlantis - the world famous underwater marvel. At Atlantis there is an amazing display of marine life. Sharks are bred here! It is described as a world 'where an ocean runs through.' Twelve restaurants are present on site, from casual to formal, and more are being built! Your Villa, when you stay, is at its doorstep. Dolphins can be seen at nearby lagoon island. There are shows and entertainment on site and you are close to all the amenities of Paradise Island and Nassau. This is the best location in the Bahamas! So much to do: Activities (on site or nearby): Biking, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Water skiing, Boating, Surfing, Dolphin viewing at Lagoon Island. Atlantis is indescribable. Ask us for web link for more information. It is an underwater world with 50,000 fish. Sharks are bred there and the place is magical day and night. It has the largest casino in the Caribbean and a great variety of restaurants. There are shows as well as spectacular water slides, including one going through a tube surrounded by sharks! Commissions provided to Travel Agents, who are welcome to book on behalf of their clients. This is the must visit location for all vacationers! Even though there is a taxi stand around the corner she gave us two names of good drivers (dependable too!).

Close by: Visit the Pirate museum where there is a re-enactment of historical battles on the high seas of the Caribbean. Visit Adastra gardens to see the famous marching flamingos. Visit the straw market for local crafts. Visit nearby Exuma by high speed boat or fo to Harbour Island , for it's pink sandy beach. Visit the Dolphin encounter close by. See the Cloisters, a monastery setting relocated from France.

Bahamian Culture and Food!: Junkanoo is celebrated at New Year, but can also be seen at various times throughout the year as a special show. Junkanoo is a colourfull extravaganza of costumes, music and dancing. Enjoy conch fritters and amazing food throughout the island. Consider taking a day trip to Harbour Island or Exuma. Harbour Island has a famous pink sandy beach. The fast boat to Exuma includes snorkelling and having a grouper feast on a beach.

We stayed at Living in Paradise villa last year and
really enjoyed it. We own our own condo in Colorado and found his to be as comfortable as our own. It is very well equiped, clean, spacious, and just a few minutes walk from Atlantis. Also, the complex has its own pool just
outside the condo door. It was like having a private pool all to ourselves. The bedrooms are comfortable, and we had maid service also. Washer and dryer in condo also. Would not hesitate to stay there again! Dale .P

I am pleased to give you information on this condo on Paradise
Island.
The condo is very very clean and well kept. Nice 3 bedrooms with linen, well equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms with towels and spacious living room. A maid came in every other day to do laundry and tidy up. I have rented a number of condos and John's place( #8 Living in Paradise) is just that Paradise!! The pool is just steps out the front door.
