A little further afield is the Atlantis III submarine in Bridgetown, which is a fantastic way to see the bottom of the sea and all the life that lives within, without having to get wet.

Inland from the coast, the Graeme Hall Nature Reserve is one of the last remaining natural wetlands, and is home to thousands of birds and bird species. The nature reserve is a fantastic place to walk and ride, taking a few hours away from the beach. The Andromeda Gardens and Harrison’s Cave are also well worth exploring from a holiday rental in St Lawrence Gap, as is historic Gun Hill, the highest point on the island.
