Art Studios, split level apartment, close to sea

This split level apartment is the largest in Art studios complex and has a partial sea view from the balcony / kitchen, which overlooks the lush tropical gardens, where Art studios are situated. The kitchen and dining area are also upstairs. There is seating both inside and outside on the balcony. Downstairs on ground level is a large bedroom with double bed and a shower room. The bed can be split into twin beds if necessary and additional beds are available for children (air mattress). Access to the beach is only a few steps away. The apartment has a ceiling fan upstairs, downstairs and on the balcony. There is also one mobile fan unit that can be moved around the apartment if necessary. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets.
