Two 1 bedroom apartments in Sunset Crest, Hole town on the West Coast one looks directly over the pool and the other just to the left . Both apartments have a superb view of the beautiful gardens from the balcony. The photos show both apartments with the captions identify each one. They are both very different with one being ultra modern and the other more homely. Both are well maintained and cared for as we pride ourselves on our high standards. They are fitted with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. You will find a new pool deck and sun loungers, bar and restaurant all situated in the large gardens. The apartments are in a superb position 5 min walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Holetown, which is the up and coming place to stay in Barbados and the West Coast. A large 1 bedroomed apartment on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the pool and gardens. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards and so the apt has been upgraded once more. A new fully fitted kitchen, fitted units in the bedroom and living room. Everything is ultra modern and chosen for your comfort. The living room has a large sofa bed, comfortable seating and dining table. The lounge then opens out onto a balcony which is fully furnished with table chairs and a sofa. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and large twin beds, en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could wish for. You will find chattel shops, supermarket, internet cafe, banks and boutiques just down the road. You are within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Barbados. Scuba diving is at the end of the road and you are near to the Famous Sandy Lane hotel, in fact a walk up the road takes you through the estate and some of the most beautiful villas on the island. Walk to the famous 9 hole golf course for views of the island, flora and the famous monkeys, take a banana with you and they will feed straight from your hand. Take a walk down 1st street for Hole town nightlife, don't miss Sunday night Karaoke in the street even if you don't sing its an experience just being there. There are numerous beaches close by all as special as the next. The area is fun but relaxed, laid back and peaceful.

Eating Out : There are so many places to eat to suit all tastes and budgets. For upmarket dining we recommend the Tides at the bottom of the road. The Lone star and Fish Pot and for a special evening the Cliff is a must. Just Grilling is the Caribbean answer to fast food. Sample an excellent lunch from one of the street vendors, where the food is truly Bajan and freshly cooked. For well priced good quality food visit Cocomos a 5 min walk away with happy hour 4:30 to 6:00 its where everyone meets to watch the fabulous sunsets. Read our information booklet when you book for much more detail.

Out and about in Barbados : There are so many places to visit and so much to do, and so little time but don't hurry. Although you don't need to hire a car as the public transport is so good, it is fun to hire a mini moke or jeep and find all those places yourself. The rugged and wild East coast is not to be missed visit Bathsheba then drive down to Bottom Bay this everything you would imagine a Caribbean beach to look like. Take some food and drink with you and have a picnic. Check if there is any horse racing on at the Garrison in Bridgetown, this always guarantees a good afternoon. Polo is a great way to spend and afternoon in the Winter months and the Holders season in March every year is superb . In fact there is something different to do an see every month of the year. A must is a Catamaran Cruise either with a group of people or book one just for you try Wasn't Me, Captain Ron will take you anywhere, swim with the turtles or just cruise up and down the coast.

The apartment is in a word fantastic . You have everything you need and it is very modern . The pool is the best on the island and the gardens so large. We just could not have asked for anything more. The extras came in useful ie beach mats, cool box, beach towels etc. We visited most of the restaurants but the highlight was the Holders season . Anita arranged tickets for us . It is an experience you should not miss set in the grounds of Holders House the events ere excellent and the atmosphere magical. Next stop was the Polo we had never been before and it is a great social afternoon out. Anita & Dave took us to see their new villa in Speightstown it is everything you see in the photos and more with the high ceilings and so superbly decorated and furnished. We are going to be torn where to stay on our next visit . We highly recommend this apartment and the help Anita & Dave gave us in planning a great holiday

Why did we enjoy the holiday so much?

Top quality apartment1 with high standards throughout...a credit to the owners. Very modern furnishings and interior design gave an immediate feel good factor. Everything had been thought of and was tastefully presented.

Excellent management and help from the owners Anita and Dave.
Pre holiday help was very swiftly and efficiently dealt with and an excellent information pack was sent in advance.
Extra nice touches included some rum waiting for us on the dining table when we arrived and Dave going out of his way to get two tickets for the England v West Indies. cricket match before we arrived.
Anita also helped in other ways before we arrived to ensure that our holiday would go smoothly.
It was a pleasure to meet them both on a number of occasions and share a meal and a few drinks.We hope to be back sooner than later.

313 is a fantastic apartment in Golden View. It is perfectly positioned overlooking the pool and the gardens. The balcony is a great place to chill out in the evenings. We found the whole apartment is finished to a high standard and is complimented by thoughtful finishing touches such as the welcome pack, beach mats and towels. Anita & Dave were extremely helpful in providing advice on the best beaches, restaurants etc. We look forward to returning very soon!

A wonderful place to spend your vacation.The Apt was exceptionally clean,you could see your face in the floors,it had everything anyone would need.Sophie ,the maid came every 5 days and cleaned ,changed beds,towels ,ect.She cleaned the apt from top to bottom[what a gem]The grounds and pool are lovely,everything in and out well kept.We walked to the stores each day,a 10 min walk.We would stay again in a heart beat.We enjoyed everything.Dave and Anita are good people.

Just back from a month in Barbados. The apartment was one of the nicest we have stayed in at Goldenview - Beautifully decorated, very comfortable - maid service a plus - anita and dave were very helpful - lots of extras that other apartments don't have - within short walking distance to stores, restaurants, beaches - lots of Barbados information in the apartment complex including wireless internet - the large pool was great - nice to come home to after a day out, or spend the day by - would suggest at walk to Zacchios for dinner overlooking the water and gorgeous Barbados sunsets - also swimming with the turtles from a catarmaran, and tours of the island on 4x4 jeeps - a great place to relax, re-group and get warm!! would highly recommend this apartment! can't wait to return and have already booked for future trip!
