This beautiful and luxurious two bedroom penthouse has ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout, plasma Cable TV and DVD with telephone/internet line if you have to keep in touch. There is a generous terrace accessible either from the living room or both bedrooms and a secluded roof terrace with Jacuzzi. Perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets and breath-taking views of the resort and the Caribbean Sea. The penthouse is furnished in a traditional Caribbean style over looking lush gardens and free form pool. Other features include a digital safe, maid service and private car park. Guests have full use of Sugar Hill's extensive facilities and access to the exclusive members' area of the Suga Suga Beach on Mullins, one of the best beaches on the West Coast. You will also find on Mullins Beach plenty of water sports to enjoy (local charges apply). Non smokers only.

Sugar Hill is located on 50 acres of gently sloping land over looking the Caribbean Sea. The luxurious penthouse is located on the exclusive David Lloyd Resort Community at Sugar Hill. The Sugar Hill Complex offers a clubhouse facility where there is a communal pool, restaurant and bar with fully equipped fitness centre. If it is tennis you enjoy you can take advantage of the world class tennis club. The penthouse apartment is located within the Tennis Village surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens and another magnificent free form pool, perfectly located for rest and relaxation. For keen golfers the Westmoreland estate is literally a few hundred yards away with the course at Sandy Lane about a mile from the penthouse. Shopping is nearby in Holetown where you can find a range of world class cuisine, many overlooking the wonderful Caribbean Sea. A car is recommended but not essential. Transport from Grantley Adams Airport can be arranged as can car hire.

As a guest at Sugar Hill you will have access to the exclusive Members' Area at the Suga Suga Beach Club on one of the best beaches on the west coast. As a guest sun loungers and parasols are free with immediate access to the well known Mannie's Beach Bar and Restaurant. Also nearby is the Sandy Lane Beach and many, many more superb beaches.
