The single story apartment is one of four in a row and is situated on the Platinum West coast in the town of Holetown in the Parish of St.James in Barbados. The Caribbean sea and beaches are only a five minute walk away. The apartment is on a quiet residential avenue yet conveniently located for the many quality restaurants that the West Coast has to offer. For those who like a pool, there is a communal pool located next to The Beach House Restaurant about 5 minutes walk away over looking the Caribbean sea which you are welcome to use. Sun loungers are provided there.

Barbados is 21 miles long by 14 miles wide. Holetown is located halfway up the West Coast.There are numerous restaurants & bars in Holetown all within walking distance of the apartment. There is also a shopping centre with a large supermarket plus various other shops for duty free, clothes, books, local crafts etc. Although a car is not necessary, it is fun to hire & drive around the island taking in the beautiful & varying scenery. Car hire can be arranged for collection from the airport or delivered to the apartment. For those unable to drive, buses leave Holetown going all over the island & are regular & cheap. To the north is the 'Scottish' district - rolling hills, small mountains, rainforests - very picturesque. To the east lies the rugged Atlantic coast. To the South there is the capital Bridgetown ,further on past the south coast beaches is the famous Oistins Fish market and further still many secluded bays and beaches along the south east coast.

There is also a back door which leads out into the back garden - this garden is shared with the 2 apartments one side and 1 apartment the other side but is still quite private. The adjoining apartments do not have back doors. Here you get the sunshine in the afternoon almost until the sun goes down.

The small kitchen is well equipped with full size cooker ,washing machine, microwave, cutlery, plates, pots , kettle, toaster etc. The lounge has a sofa and a couple of easy chairs and a table. The stereo has radio, CD and inputs at the back for iPod / mp3s players. Plus telephone for local or incoming calls. The full size fridge freezer is also located here. There is also a portable electric fan. Iron and ironing board are provided. The double doors from the lounge open onto the covered patio at the front. It is ideal place for dining or taking a drink and looking out onto the front lawn. You get the sun here in the mornings. There is a table and chairs for 4 people to dine. A portable barbecue is also provided. .Please use it in the front or the back gardens please! If there are any breakages or anything is not working please let me know. Thank you.
