Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are for 4-person occupancy. An approved 5th person is $US 25.00 per day.
  Inquire for prices for Holiday Periods and Special Events, or for a stay less than one week.
  
• To secure your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. Payment in full is due 60 days in advance in Winter and 45 days in advance in Summer.
  
• Cancellation of Winter Bookings less than 45 days in advance is subject to 100% penalty; 45-60 days subject to 25% penalty. Cancellation of Summer Bookings less than 30 days in advance is subject to a 100% penalty; 30-45 days subject to a 25% penalty. In the event that a specific apartment is not available for rent, similar accommodation will be offered. If not accepted, full refund will be provided.

Try some serious deep-sea fishing or a more laid back excursion combining fishing, swimming and picnicking. Horse racing and polo are very popular. Play any of our excellent golf courses such as Barbados Golf & Country Club which is nearby (discounts available). For the more energetic, join an island safari tour, go swimming with the turtles or spend an afternoon golfing or shopping. Come discover our island paradise, surrounded by a coast of sandy beaches and bays.

Barbados is the most eastern island in the Caribbean, and is a tiny dot on most world maps with an area of 21 X 14 miles and 60 miles of coastline. Barbados has a population of about 254,000 and a literacy rate over 97%. Independent since 1966, with historical ties to England, thus the language and driving on the left. The local people and the dialect of English used are known as Bajan. The economy has been dependent on sugarcane with diversification recently into manufacturing and tourism. American, British Air, BIWI, Air Jamaica, US Air, Delta and Virgin fly to Grantley Adams International Airport.
