• The villa can be rented on a daily basis but the minimum rental charge is 7 nights. Rental prices includes the government's tax, housekeeping, and all other requisites for an enjoyable holiday.
  A 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance is required 45 days before arrival.
  Special Discount for two person rental.
  
• Payment can be made by wire transfer, VISA, Mastercard, certified cheque, and bank draft.

The ginger bread style villa boasts 3 double bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, and spacious mirrored dressing room. From the foyer, living / dining area, sun deck and well equipped kitchen, you enjoy the spectacular views of the sea. The unique beach, at your door step, is protected by a reef, and is excellent for swimming. The sky lights in the bedrooms and lounge allow you to view the beauty of the moonlight and welcomes the morning sun. The south east breezes of the Caribbean sea continuously waft through the villa, keeping it fresh and cool. Swimming ideal for children as high tide is always low in the bay. Children will not have to be supervised. 15 minutes drive from the airport, close to leading restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets, shops, golf courses. Snorkelling, sailing, diving and wind surfing available in the Bay.
