Mullins Bay House is a stylish and spacious 3 bedroom house set in beautiful tropical gardens with a large pool just 4 minutes walk from Mullins beach. It is also available in a 5 bedroom format sleeping 10+. We rebuilt the house in 2005 with beautiful new bathrooms and kitchen. It is newly equipped to a high standard with hardwood furniture and stylish fabrics. Very large living / dining room opening onto hardwood deck overlooking large pool and spacious gardens stocked with sweet scented Fangipanis, Golden Palms, Ginger Lilies, Mangos, Limes, Avocado, Coconut & Banana Palms. Large kitchen room with further dining table, big TV room and entrance hall. Ideal family holiday home - 2 double bedrooms and a room with twin beds plus a cot and cot bed. 2 further single beds available. 3rd bedroom has another deck. Pool, gardens and staff are shared with a 2 bedroom apartment adjacent to the main house which can be opened up to form a 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom house.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates are for up to 6 people sleeping at Mullins Bay House and include maid service.
  Arrive and depart on whatever days suit you - we have no fixed changeover day.
  All linen and bathroom towels included. Please bring your own beach towels.
  
• For parties of 4 people Mullins Bay House may sometimes be available outside high season in a 2 bedroom configuration at a lower cost.
  
• 25% deposit is payable with the booking. The balance is payable 2 months before arrival.

A few hundred yards further North bring you a Chinese Restaurant and 3 informal Bajan eateries. - - - Speightstown which remains authentically Bajan is a mile from Mullins Beach, with popular eating places such as Mangos Restaurant, The Fisherman's Pub, Casareep Cafe and Doris’ Place. - - - Just beyond Speightstown on the coast road there is the excellent Fish Pot restaurant, La Mer at stylish Port St Charles and local fish frys in the fishing villages of Six Mens and Half Moon Fort. - - - Heading South the best ribs on the island are served at Chris's Places which is in the hills a mile away. - - - Between Mullins and Holetown there is the Lone Star restaurant, and the equally renowned Groots Bar and Restaurant plus Bistro Bar One offering waterside meals at sensible prices. - - - Holetown has about 20 eating places to suit all budgets and tastes.
