Coralita is a spectacular ocean front property located on the beautiful west coast of the island at Prospect, St James, just south of Sandy Lane, and close to the soon to be Four Seasons Resort on Paradise Beach. This fantastic property sits on a small cliff. It is built on three levels; each level is a separate apartment with its own entrance. The first two levels offering 2, 2 bed roomed apartments and the bottom offering a 1 bedroom. Each apartment is furnished to the highest specification and has its own private balcony offering stunning views of the ocean where you can watch turtles swim by. Outside there is a decked area suitable for sunbathing and a roof terrace perfect for dining alfresco. Private steps lead down to the beautiful clear waters of the Caribbean. This truly is an ocean front property.

Recently refurbished to the highest specification, this apartment is entered from street level. It has a superb master bedroom offering without doubt some of the best views in the Caribbean and a unusual second bedroom that offers a double bed on a mezzanine level and a single on the ground level. Both bedrooms have air-con. There are 2 beautifully appointed bathrooms. The contemporary open plan living area has a traditionally high pickled pine ceiling and leads to the superbly equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave oven. All rooms have ceiling fans The large balcony is used as a sitting and dinning area, perfect for candle lit dinners and watching turtles swim by. There is a superb decked area with sun beds and a BBQ and private steps lead down to the sea where you can swim in the beautiful warm waters of the Caribbean. Off road parking is to the front of the property

Nearest Airport: Grantley Adams at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Bridge Town at 4 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 10.0 Metres

Coralita has direct and private access to one of the longest and least busy beaches in the area, considered by the locals as probably one of the best on the island. However the size of the beach can not be guaranteed and it may disappear totally during the winter months. All Types of water sports can be brought directly to your door. For golf enthusiasts the famous Sandy Lane and Westmoorland are only a 10 min drive away and tennis is available at Suga Suga spa and resort. The nearest Diving center is a 5min drive north and horse racing, polo and the new Kensington Oval cricket ground are all within a 10 min drive. Choosing where to eat is never easy especially when surrounded by what are considered to be some of the best restaurants in the world including the Cliff, only 5 mins by car. Some are in walking distance. There are excellent super markets close by and Bridgetown is 10 min south if you fancy going shopping for the

In the second bedroom there is a single bed on the ground level and a double on a mezzanine level reached by a stair case. Beach towels are also provided.

Notes: Because Coralita is built into a cliff it is on 3 levels and has many steps so this must be taken into consideration when booking. Young children are also welcome but parents must bare in mind there are balconies in each apartment so children will have to be watched.

We have just returned from two wonderful weeks at Coralita, the apartment was everything we wanted and more - beautifully furnished, fabulous location and the view from the roof terrace is just spectacular. Sandra the house keeper was a gem and couldn't have done more to make our stay a special one. We were in Barbados for a family wedding and despite it being the "rainy season", even the weather behaved! Don't miss fish night in Oistins on a Friday night.
We will be back.........!!
