Notes to the rental rates

• SPECIAL REDUCED RATE FOR DATES 1st TO 22nd July 2008. Also reduced rate dates 21st- 31st January 2009. Surcharge for Christmas and Easter. All rental rates throughout the year are for a maximum of 4 persons A rental for a fifth person is by arrangement. Rental includes Maid and excludes Electricity if air conditioning is used. Guests may find use of air conditioning, which is in bedrooms only,assists with coolness and quietness when sleeping.. Many exciting Cricket fixtures at New Kensington Oval which is only 10 minutes away. Palm Shores is also 5 minutes from Polo Fields where great Polo matches are played.
  
• Reduced rate for 2 persons for Rentals between 1st February to 30th April 2008.Also for period September to 1st December 2008.
  
• Kensington Oval Cricket Ground has been rebuilt and is an excellent venue. Details available on request for great matches that will be played there.

Part time daily maid 5 days weekly. Cook by arrangement. Several excellent restaurants nearby and small restaurant close by.

Air conditioning in bedrooms only

Quoted rates do not include air conditioning. If used, there is an additional charge depending on the amount of electricity used for the villa. There is a surcharge for Christmas rentals. Reduced rental for two persons for rentals between 1st February to 30th April 2008.
