Northlight Villa is custom designed by its Architect owner. The open plan design lends itself to easy, relaxed, peaceful living with cool ridge breezes and a spectacular Caribbean sea view. The main house includes a full size American pool table, large covered dining deck, private bedroom deck, secluded plunge pool and sunbathing deck. ( exclusive to Villa renters ). Wireless internet access installed in Villa and Studio. . A unique Japanese garden completes this tropical experience. There is a pretty semi detached studio apartment with separate entrance complete with queen size bed ,bathroom, kitchenette and own dining, sun deck which can sleep 2 persons .( Plunge pool area not available to studio renters -( available if Villa unoccupied ) Northlight is adjacent to the prestigious Sandy Lane Golf Course and just one mile from beautiful Paynes Bay and Sandy Lane beaches. Good shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within a three mile radius.

Northlight is located approx. 1 mile from beautiful Paynes bay and a few minutes from Sandy Lane golf course.It is located close to an upmarket residential area but retains a 'local feel'.The house sits upon a ridge looking out from the dining/lounging deck to a lovely view of the sea and West Coast. The house is very private, surrounded by tropical plants and trees, it is situated on its own plot of land, and retains a peaceful, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Northlight is not in the 'tourist area' and for persons wanting to 'get away from it all' this is the perfect solution.

Notes: Northlight is suitable for families, couples or friends. The sleeping/bed arrangements can be very flexible and we have extra beds available for children. There is a separate studio apartment which can sleep 2 plus and can be used to accommodate extra persons when large groups are holidaying together. There is a travel cot, highchair and car seat available for babies/toddlers. Attached to the house is your own gym/ weight room facility. There is a full sized American pool table situated on its own area by the living room/lounge. There are air conditioning units in 2 of the bedrooms as well as ceiling and standing fans. The semi detached studio has air conditioning, its own equipped kitchenette, shower/bathroom and sun deck with outdoor furniture. . You and your party will be met at Grantley Adams Airport and transported to your holiday Villa.

Accommodation for 14 persons within close proximity -( a 2/3 minute walk.) Wireless /ADSL internet installed in both Villa and Studio We can arrange trips prior to your arrival or advise whilst here. Babysitting.

What A Wonderful Vacation

We stayed at Northlight Villa from March 10th to the 18th. The Villa is the perfect place to get away from it all. It is quiet and set away from the main tourist area but close enough to get everywhere you need to go within a couple minutes drive. My children enjoyed every minute of our vacation and really hated to leave. We hope to go back again someday soon. Norma and Aubrey are the perfect hosts and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
