St. James Villa is in an excellent location, superbly situated with direct access onto a beautiful sandy beach. Set in a secluded garden with its own beach deck it is perfect for family holidays. ! Water sports are on your doorstep on the beach from snorkelling to para sailing. The scuba diving nearby is magnificent at the nearby wreck. The lower apartment is spacious with 4 double air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including 1 en-suite. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, large cooker, microwave, washing machine and iron. The outdoor covered patio serves as the living and dining area during both the day and evenings. There is also a first floor aparment which has two double bedrooms both en-suite,suberb kitchen,lounge and outdoor covered patio/dining

Situated in a fabulous beachfront position on the West Coast in Holetown, St. James, just 5 miles north of the capital Bridgetown and about a 40 minute drive from the airport. Holetown has an excellent supermarket, fine restaurants, banks and all other facilities you will require, so you may not need a car except for sightseeing. Bus stops and taxi rank are close by. The calm, white sandy beaches of the fabulous west coast are ideal for swimming. For the sports enthusiast, Tennis Courts and the West Coast Diving Centre are close by and the championship Golf courses of Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane are within a 5 minute drive. Plus, all water sports are available on your doorstep, from deep sea diving to para-sailing - the snorkelling is excellent. Or why not treat yourself to a romantic sunset cruise!

A green jewel at the gateway to the Caribbean : Discover picturesque villages; palm lined beaches, and panoramic ocean vistas. The calm beaches of the fabulous west coast offer excellent swimming and snorkelling along countless palm-lined turquoise coves. Wander through a tropical forest, or feel the history of the old Caribbean in a centuries old plantation house. Sunset cruises and of course, golf, are also available to round out your week in paradise.

Restaurants: There are plenty of fine restaurants to choose from in Holetown plus many more along the coast, just a short drive walk away. Caribbean cooking, fresh local produce, meats and seafood, and the world famous Mount Gay rum - the island is a gourmet's delight.

General Information: Included in your apartment is a Maid service for 4 hours a day, 6 days a week (not Sunday). Her duties include general cleaning, the laundering of bedding and towels and making the beds. The maid will provide baby-sitting services for a negotiated fee. Cots and high chairs are available on request. A cook can be provided by our Agent (at an extra cost) if you wish. Please let us know in advance. A 20% Deposit is required at time of booking. Please do not hestitate to ask for any further information.

Beautiful place to stay.
Excellent location, drinks on the deck overlooking the sea at sunset....perfect!
Near to all you could need...shops...bars...restaurants, all within walking distance.
Snorkelling with turtles is a stunning experience, definately a must!
Owner a pleasure to deal with, recommended to everyone, dont think i can fault anything.
Book and enjoy!!!
