Villa Escape is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, ideal for families with children and groups of couples or friends. The sunken living room has a TV (local channels), DVD, and CD-Radio player. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, a queen bed in master and single beds in the remaining 2 bedrooms, fitted wardrobes and vanity unit. All other areas have ceiling fans. The master bedroom benefits from a full ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/stove, microwave, fridge and, a full range of cooking utensils. Sun loungers and a B-B-Q are also available for your convenience. A washing-machine is also available in the laundry room. It is situated across the street from The Discovery Bay Hotel, where you just walk through to the beach!!!! We offer the following discounts: early bird - 5% if rental date is 6 months away +; long-stay - 10% if rental is 14 days + and 15% if rental is 4 weeks +; last minute - 10% discount if rental date is within 30 days of current date.

Rental rates for the villa in Barbados, Caribbean

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates include housekeeping service (Monday to Friday). Staff gratuities are welcomed at guests' discretion. Rates are based on a maximum of 6 person occupancy. For larger groups nearby accommodations could be arranged. Additional information available upon request.
  A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure a booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
  In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of $200 is required at the time of the booking deposit. A security deposit is required to cover any breakage or damage that may occur during your stay.
  This deposit is returned to you in full by post within 14 days of departure.
  In the event of cancellation of booking, within 8 weeks prior to date of arrival, deposit payments are considered non-refundable. Payments can be made using PayPal (contact owner for instructions; 5% surcharge), international money order or cashiers cheque.
  
• There must be at least one adult traveler in the party.
  
• Discounts:
  Early bird - 5% discount if rental date is 6 months away;
  Long stay - 10% discount if rental is 14 days or more and 15% discount if rental is 4 weeks or more;
  Last minute - 10% discount if rental date is within 30 days of current date.
  Discounts cannot be combined.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the villa in Barbados, Caribbean

Dining

A very good selection of bars and restaurants offer an excellent choice of food, ranging from good value fast food to upscale dining. Fast food restaurants, Bajan-style are Chefette for delicious chicken and Pizzas for wonderful pizza. Upscale restaurants include Coach House (a short bus ride from the villa) and the Mews (a short walk from the villa) Go to Cocomos Beach Bar for Happy Hour every day from 4:30 - 6:00PM!!

Seeing Barbados

Public transportation is excellent in Barbados, but hiring a car for a couple of days is a great way to see Barbados at your own pace. Great sites are Bathsheba, Animal Flower Cave, Harrison's Cave, the East Coast Road, Crane Hotel, Sam Lord's Castle, etc.. Try a Safari, catamaran cruise for snorkeling and swimming with the turtles, or even the Jolly Roger cruise which includes meals and drinks!!

Beaches

Discovery Bay beach allows you to sit and bask in the sun or have fun with the various water sports: Jet Ski, water skiing, snorkeling, boat tours. Access to the Discovery Bay pool and tennis courts can be arranged upon request, a small fee is required by the hotel for the tennis courts. All beaches are public so you can swim at all the hotel beaches, such as Sandy Lane Hotel, which is just a short walk from the villa. Mullin’s Bay is a beautiful beach and you could spot a celebrity whilst you are there!! Beaches on the East Coast are beautiful but swimming can be dangerous, so be careful. Miami Beach in Christ Church has beautiful powdery sand and waves!!! Great fun for the family!!
