Romantic large wedding & holiday villa in Barbados

Villa Bruadair is located in the parish of St James which is on the exclusive platinum west coast of Barbados! A luxury self-catering villa with all the trimmings a three bed both with their own entrances and pool. The villa is perfect as a wedding venue, it can cater for up to 40 guests of which up to 14+2 guests can stay and enjoy the wonderful peace and tranquility, whilst being only a short distance from the beach and bars.

There are 7 bedrooms, 5 with walk in wardrobes, 8 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, large family lounge, two internal dining areas, 2 laundry rooms, media room, 2 covered entertainment terraces, bar, 2 swimming pools and pool decks, dining/entertainment gazebo. The gazebo also is used as a wedding gazebo.

This wonderful villa, built within beautiful tropical surroundings on old plantation land (Lascelles). Because of its unspoilt location you will be amazed to experience monkeys in their natural habitat almost every day, many visitors to Barbados travel all around the Island on the chance that they may glimpse a monkey! But that's not all, we are within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping - what more could anyone wish for?

  • Booking Conditions: Before booking, please read our terms and conditions below. By making a booking through the owners you are accepting on behalf of you and your party these terms and conditions.

    On making a booking a deposit of 25% must be paid. The balance must be paid at least 10 weeks prior to your departure date.

    When booking within ten weeks you are required to pay the full amount in advance. Payment may be made by bank transfer or cheque. We will email/fax you the bank details when needed.

    If you have special needs, cots (linen not provided) high chairs, please let us know when making your initial enquiry.

    Your holiday accommodation can generally be accessed from 16:00 hours onwards. Please vacate the property at 12:00 hours on your day of departure.

    If you cancel your holiday accommodation, we will require written confirmation as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which we receive written confirmation.
  • Bed linen is changed alternate days and toweling daily, if necessary, except Sundays. Please do not use towels provided at the villa for the beach or pool area. Beach towels are provided.

    In the unlikely event that we have to make any changes to your holiday accommodation, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will offer a suitable alternative or full refund.

Barbados 2011

The house was great, plenty of room for 11 of us. It was very clean and well prepared, the on site maids were very good and helpful as were the management team. We had dinner prepared for us one night by Wendall which was excellent, I would thorougly recommend. The house wasn't far from the village except to walk it was dangerous because of the road and lack of sidewalks, traffic was heavy and fastOne warning for visitors to BArbados, beware of sand flies, they were vicious and we all got thoroughly bitten!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

Missing Bruadair

We are back in the States and missing "our" Villa Bruadair and the Island of Barbados! We wanted to let you know that your management staff, Lisa Russell, in particular and your house staff, Camelta & Cynthia, are truly amazing. They made us feel right at home and treated us like family during our stay.

As to your Villa Bruadair, what can we say!? It is truly magnificent and the views are spectacular! The photos on your website really do not do it justice. We hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful Holiday

Hi - we are so sorry to be back in a freezing UK after a great and wonderful holiday in Barbados at Bruadair.

Thanks so much the villa is great and worked so well for the six of us - we loved it from the monkeys, to the pool, to the gazebo, and great indoor facilities too - Camlet and Carol, and Lisa were so helpful and thoughtful too.

We had great time and caught up with friends and made most of the great weather on the beaches, sailing and swimming with turtles, plus the girls and friends swam, dived and jetskied, so all worked so well. Also rediscovered a few old and new restaurants and bars as you do on holiday!

Thanks so much and perhaps we will have the chance to return again one day soon,

Exceptional Property

We had a great time in the house, thank you very much. A truly exceptional property, I can imagine how great it would be for a wedding party! Hope you had a good weekend there also, Mark, and that my remaining colleagues weren't too much in the way.

Wonderful Holiday

Hi Mark, Just a note to let you know what a wonderful holiday we had at Bruadair, the girls and their boyfriends had a fantastic time as did peter and I. Camlet and Nicola were great and did a great job of looking after us, nothing was to much trouble for them and made the holiday really relaxing. We had the holiday extended by 8 days because of the volcano but were lucky enough to be able to stay at crystal cove for the duration. Thank you once again for a fantastic holiday and maybe one day we can come and stay again.
