Teach'n' Song is an artist designed rustic Caribbean villa located at Ocean City, St. Philip on the southeastern side of the island. The house, with security grills throughout, is situated on a high cliff overlooking the ocean and is caressed by constant prevailing easterly breezes. This romantic location is ideal for those who require a measure of privacy, away from the hustle of night-life, therefore car rental is recommended. The interior of the house features coral stone walls and exposed beams. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The pool is set on the edge of the covered patio.

Weekly Maid service, additional services can be provided upon request; i.e. (maid will cook evening meals..rate to be negotiated.) Property is located 7 minutes drive from the airport, 3 minutes from the grocery store, local pharmacy and doctor. 3 minutes to Anglican church. 10-15 minutes to golf course and driving range, 15 minutes to entertainment on south coast and 15 minutes to Miami Beach (Enterprise Beach)near Oistins, 7 minutes to Crane Beach.
OWNERS COMMENTS: Attractively styled privacy lattices have been recently placed at either end of the pool deck for all guests especially sun worshippers. As owners we continue to marvel at breathtaking view and beauty of the villa/setting. Some guests seldom leave the premises because of the tranquility. Some guests find the location ideal for exploring the rugged East Coast.As well the location and setting are ideal for the small weddings which have taken place. We are now experiencing repeat guests. Some guests comment on great value for rental rate. Some guests state that visiting Teach'n'song is inspirational,instills appreciation for life. Guests have expressed their complete satisfaction with the rental of the property. We endeavour to ensure this will continue .
RECENT LETTER: Hi Marilyn & Bob, My wife, sons and I want to thank you for allowing us to vacation at your amazingly comfortable villa for the past week. We had a very very relaxing week. The villa exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The pool was very refreshing each morning and when we got back in the late afternoons. Ena was very helpful and very nice. We enjoyed the walks just before sunset along the cliffs to see Foul bay with the cooling breezes. The people all over the island were very nice and hospitable. . We did get to see and explore the whole island. I was very impressed with the east coast drive and the caves at the north end. We voted this vacation to be the best we ever had and your villa was most of the reason.We will certainly recommend your villa and don't be surprised if you here from us again for a revisit . After a really hard 2007 I decided to treat four of my friends to a week in Barbados in November 2007, but the question was were to stay. I decided on a private villa. After the first email I sent to Bob and Marilyn I knew this would be the right place and I was right. They were more than helpful with all of our arrangements. I could not have asked for better hosts who go out of their way to make you feel at home from the moment we pulled up on the driveway, until the moment we left to go home. The property certainly has the "WOW" factor, and just waking up early in a morning to the view over the sea and cliffs is a real treat, and even swimming in the pool during a morning thunderstorm felt really good. If you are looking for a real hideaway to rest, relax and recharge the batteries with fantastic hosts who go out of their way to do anything for you, then stay here. Given a choice of staying at Teach n' Song or Sandy Lane, I would stay here everytime, and my friends all agree as well. It was with a real heavy heart that we left, but we are also looking to return this November we loved the place so much.
