A five minute swim takes you to uninhabited Pellew Island, or snorkel around the protected reef. The drive from Kingston international airport takes between 2 & 3 hours, and from Montego 4 hours. There are daily local flights connecting Port Antonio with Kingston and other resorts. Norse Point is 20 minutes drive from Port Antonio along the coastal road.

The bedroom, living room & kitchen open directly on to deck overhanging the sea. A private pier and steps lead down into the water. Two sofas in living room convert into single beds. Beverly or Madge (both exceptionally sweet people) will welcome you on your arrival. They will cook all your meals and clean the cottage (but note the cost of food is not included in the price). They will also happily do your shopping, or accompany you on your shopping trips. There is also a night watchman.

Perfect for honeymooners

The cottage is partly hidden by lush tropical foliage with the sea lapping its deck. Right opposite - five minutes swim away - is Pellew Island, an uninhabited island, given as a wedding present to Princess Nina by the Aga Khan. The setting is idyllic and is featured on posters in most Jamaican Tourist offices.

Most spectacular corner of the Caribbean

Nestled between the Blue Mountain National Park and Port Antonio Marine Park, this is perhaps the most spectacular corner of the Caribbean with lush tropical vegetation, pristine beaches, coral-lined blue lagoons. It is not a mass tourist destination; instead it offers the real Jamaica - beautiful and friendly.

The Blue Lagoon (famous for its bottomless depth and turquoise water), Frenchman's Cove Beach (where you can lunch beneath palms beside a mountain stream spilling into the sea), Dragon Bay (which offers scuba diving, tennis and boating), San San Beach (a private beach), San San Golf course, rafting on the Rio Grande, Port Antonio Yacht Marina (centre of blue marlin fishing)

Brent & I loved our honeymoon at the Beach Cottage. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Jamaica. The staff were fantastic, Jean and Ricardo took great care of us!!! We hope to have the opportunity to return one day and I will be sure to recommend your villa to my friends.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Jamaica. It was everything we had hoped for and more, and was exactly what we needed to re-charge our batteries.
