With fantastic uninterrupted Caribbean sea views, this newly built and well furnished, upscale apartment offers immediate access to one of the top beaches on the Island. While sitting on your patio having breakfast you can watch the local fishermen bringing in their catch or, whilst sipping a cocktail enjoy the evening sun setting on the sea. All rooms are air conditioned, as well as having ceiling fans. There is a shared pool and garden. All water sports are available close by and Tobago's two golf courses are only a short drive away, on the other hand if all you want to do is soak up the sun beside the pool then this is the ideal location

Chaconia is one of eight apartments in a beautiful Colonial styled building facing onto Grafton Beach, which is one of the best Caribbean beaches in Tobago. An easy twenty minute drive from the airport brings you to the area known as Black Rock (the name comes from the colour of the rock formations). One of the top restaurants on the island (The Seahorse) is just a few minutes walk away, with many other fantastic restaurants just a short drive away. There are many water based sports such as diving, snorkeling, body surfing etc. all available on the beach.

Notes: Chaconia is a ground floor apartment however please bear in mind that as the building is built on a slope, access to the beach and pool from the patio is via a spiral staircase. Meet and Greet is included in the price, as well as daily maid service (except Sundays) and a 'Welcome Pack' of groceries. A cook can be arranged at an extra cost. Wifi internet access is available. High chair and cot can also be provided.

Golf: Chaconia is close to two x 18 hole international courses (both hire clubs). The nearest (approx. 5 minutes drive away) is Mount Irvine which was carved out of the site of an old plantation, green fees are from 48$US, golf buggies extra. The Plantation PGA golf course is 10 minutes away and rates are from 85$US including shared buggies. This course runs adjacent to mangrove swamps and has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Good club facilities and the Hotel pool is great for the non golfers in the party!
