Englishman's Bay is located one mile from the property. From the villa North side terrace and gazebo is a panoramic view to the Caribbean sea, to the South side terrace, the Tobago range with its tropical forest. The villa is about half way between Castara and Parlatuvier-each with their own idyllic beach-a selection of restaurants, bars and grocery stores can be found in the quaint fishing villages. As you would expect a number of sea based activities can be experienced. From the villa, walking - trekking to the range is a treat in itself, to discover the tropical vegetation with a panoramic view to the sea. Just follow Miss Mills Road as far as you can walk! Notes to the rental rates

  • For all year round, regardless of seasons, the rental rate is for the property based on 2 to 4 persons, 2 bedrooms occupancy, sleeps 4 persons.
    Required 20% deposit from the rental rates. The balance is made payable one month prior to your departure.
  • Included in the rental rates:
    1.Welcome DVD and photo illustrated direction pack.
    2.A welcome pack of wine, mineral water, soft drinks, snacks, beers, toast bread, vacuum coffee and food for your first breakfast. Fresh fruits from our garden.
    3. At the end of each week, a complete hotel service. For your comfort, additional linen and towels in cupboard.
    4. During your stay, complimentary fresh fruits from our garden. Bananas, limes, all year round, mongos, avocados, grape fruits in the season (July to September - October).

    Additional; Your long distance telephone calls, fax communications and Internet access. The TSTT monthly tax invoice is scanned send to you and trust that you will remit your dues at your earliest convenience. The local calls are free.

The villa is 4,000 sq ft under roof with an attached 16 X 16 gazebo. One acre land, manicured garden, with matured fruit trees and flowers. Bananas and limes all year round, mango's, avocados from July to September. A barbecue is set by the gazebo. Main electricity 110V and 220V sockets. As the power network in Tobago can be a little temperamental, for comfort, we added a 10KW GENERATOR with an auto transfer switch and timer. Telephone, Fax machine, Internet access (TSTT and US Standard sockets). In case, bring your lap top. Parking on the 90' driveway. Garden furniture; loungers and hammocks, swing in shade for children, under roof and close to the gazebo. Local sports include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, trekking, flora, bird watching. Upon request, information on golfing, diving locations and photos. Entertainment: DVD player and family Dvds, IPOD docking unit, radio, CD player, board games, playing card set, domino, books, badminton. Snorkeling gear.

The villa is on 1 acre of landscaped flowers and fruit trees.20 bougainvilleas overhanging baskets adorn the house roof's perimeter. The barbecue is outside, under cover and close to the gazebo.Three oversized hammocks can be hooked at different locations in between the overhanging roof posts, to choose sun or shade, loungers as well. Less than 5 minutes to Englishman's Bay. We have snorkel gear for use, size 7 and 10.
