Large 6 bedroom sea view villa - groups up to 19 in number

St Lucia is renowned for its natural beauty, its rain forest mountains, waterfalls, secret coves and long, lazy sandy beaches. The local Reduit beach, as well as an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away.

We offer a very caring and personal service. All our properties are cleaned to a high standard. Our full-time staff are readily available for providing useful information on tours, shopping and local facilities.

Wedding groups: Villa Cleopatra is ideal for small to medium size wedding groups. Both the ceremony and reception for guests up to 70 in number can be held at the villa, saving you the cost of hiring out separate premises.

We have recently added an additional 1-bedroom apartment increasing the bed count to a maximum of 20 people. Groups larger than 20 in number can have the additional members accommodated by placing folding beds or using neighbouring villas a short walk away.

Located on the ground floor at Villa Cleopatra, the 1-bedroom apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped with cable-TV and kitchenette including fridge, cooker, electric-kettle, toaster and blender. There is an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a sheltered private patio for outside dining, which overlooks the pool and sea views. A large safety-deposit box is provided free of charge. The apartment benefits from a constant gentle sea breeze. There is a laundry room at the villa and maid service is inclusive and available daily. Some of the features include: Ground floor location: Beautiful marina, sea and landscape views (French island Martinique visible on a clear day); Very clean throughout - Housekeeping done daily; Large private chlorine free pool (electronically purified); Cooking and laundry facilities; Air conditioned and ceiling fan; A variety of tropical fruits and vegetables can be hand picked when in season.

  • Apartment and Villa Bookings: A 25%, or 3 nights deposit is required (whichever is the greater) within fourteen days of making a reservation. Full balance is payable within 2 months of arrival. Note that for the Jazz and Xmas week the rate is higher, with a minimum stay of 1 week.
  • Payment Method: 1. Credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Switch or American Express. Payment can be made by telephone; 2. Bank Transfer. Telegraphic details will be supplied upon request.
  • Cancellation Policy: A charge of 25% is levied for cancellation before arrival. Cancelled bookings may be transferred to a future date.

    There is no refund for no shows or cancellation after arrival.

    All cancellations must be in writing (i.e. letter, fax or e-mail).

The villa we thought was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Air conditioning is a great bonus and also having fans throughout keeps the place cool. The décor is lovely, perfect actually. The swimming pool maintenance is excellent; guy does a brilliant job, lovely personality. Perfect location, central to shops, bars/restaurants and banks. Lovely view from the villa.

Robert the owner and Lynne the office administrator were very helpful throughout the initial booking. Lynne greeted my wife and I on arrival and we were told that we would be upgraded to the newest property in The Harbour. This was excellent with kitchen/sitting room and wc downstairs and large bedroom with king size bed, bathroom shower and balcony. The whole was air-conditioned . This new complex had 24hr security with electronic gates. Central to all shopping and restaurant requirements. The cleaner came as required.
Ideal for tourism to Castries, Soufiere, Anse da Raye, Marigot Bay,Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island.
Thankyou Robert for a great time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
