Fully furnished, the living room features a 35ft. cathedral ceiling and colorful paintings by local artists. You can dine, relax or read on the shady 50' covered terrace. A large kitchen and four bedrooms, each with own bath, plus 2 outside tiled showers, make Villa Mandoo a great retreat for families of all ages. Most of the villa is handicap accessible and small pets will be considered on an individual basis. A sandy beach is a 5 minute walk to the north and next door, the Windjammer Landing offers all watersports, 4 restaurants, a spa and convenience store. Maid service and gardener 5 days a week.

The Area

'Villa Mandoo' is on three water front acres with a 50' swimming pool all overlooking the Caribbean Sea. I t is a ten minute walk to the Windjammer Resort on the adjacent bay, offering water sports, restaurant, shops, and provisioning facilities. The house sits on top of a saddle of land, overlooking Pigeon Island to the north and the Caribbean Sea down to Castries on the south side. There is a secluded sandy beach within 100 yds of the house and an eighteen hole championship golf course at Cap Estates, five miles north. In Rodney Bay deep sea fishing boats and sailboat can be chartered and day catamaran cruises to the Pitons (2000 ft. twin peaks rising out of the ocean), Soufriere and the tropical rain forest can be taken. There are numerous restaurants and shopping centres in the area.
