Villa Giorgia occupies a nearly-level site in the hilly Cap Estate, a former sugar plantation at the north-west corner of the island and its most prestigious residential area. Much sought after by high-income earners, the Estate has three exclusive white-sand beaches, an 18-hole Golf Course and Championship Tennis Courts (where the Davis Cup and Squash World Championships have been held). Just a few metres further finds stables and a riding school.
