Villas are the perfect holiday rental property within walking distance of the secluded beach of Trouya and Windjammer Villa Beach Resort & Spa, a short 5 minute drive to Rodney Bay Village and an 18 hole Golf Course. A well maintained property with attention to detail such as a starter kit upon arrival, amenities kit and a complimentary trip to the supermarket. Provisioning services are available upon request prior to your arrival.

This villa is designed with two air conditioned bedrooms upstairs and en suite shower room. with queen size beds while sharing a common patio overlooking a countryside view. The sleeping capacity of this unit is four persons, however Two additional persons can occupy a queen size sofa bed in the living room. On the lower level there is an intimate sitting/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and full bath. There is a courtyard and patio in the front of the villa and a utility area in the rear. The front courtyard enjoys the same views as the bedrooms. The villa's front courtyard has a plunge pool and the outdoor surroundings are beautifully decorated. and lends itself to outdoor living with a Barbeque Grill and Bar. Amenities include Wi-fi Internet, TV in rooms and Flat Screen TV in the living area, DVD Player, Hi-fi system, Telephone, Washer/Dryer, Ironing facilities and Housekeeper.

It's close proximity to a major resort with 5 restaurants, secluded beach, spa, watersports and much more, making these villas an ideal holiday location. Driving time to the resort is 2 minutes and guests of Grand View are especially welcome by the hotel owners and management to use its facilities. Also available in the area within minutes is a Health, Beauty Club and Spa. Supermarkets are all within 5 to 10 minutes drive for restocking your villa. Car rental services are readily available.

New villas with state of the art facilities. Luxury living at its best. Warm, friendly and lovely atmosphere. Excellent view of the surrounding areas as well as peaceful and tranquil. Truly home away from home. A must see.

The villa truly has a "Grand View". Although not a ocean view it has a lovely view overlooking the island high on the hillside. This affords the villa a constant cooling trade wind which always kept things comfortable and bug free. The extra spacious patio and plunge pool of UNIT #3 was so luxurious we felt gulity their was only 2 of us. The villas are new and well equiped so accomodations are top notch. Windjammer Landing is close down the road with awesome beach and resort facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful so to sum it up i highly recommend this facility for a awesome holiday.
