I enjoyed my stay at Four Springs Villa. It is equipped with everything you need when self-catering. There is a bathroom (with a sink, shower and toilet) one bedroom, and a kitchen/dining/lounge area (with table and chairs, sofas, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer). The apartment usually sleeps two but I had asked for a third bed, and my request was kindly accommodated. The villa was cleaned on a daily basis (except Sunday) and was always spotless on our return, which was a lovely surprise. The owner of the villa was very helpful during our stay on the island – providing us with a local mobile phone and plenty of transport and other advice.


The villa is about a 5 minute walk from the Rodney Bay supermarket, ‘Super J’, and it took us about 15 minutes to get to the Rodney Bay beach. As the villa is 2 minutes from the main road it is convenient for buses also. It is between 1 and 1.5 hours taxi ride to the airport on the south of the island, and about 10 minutes (taxi or bus) to Castries, the main town.
