Secluded in a quiet residential area, yet within ten minutes drive of Rodney Bay, marina, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife. Jeep hire recommended. Beaches and all water activities within easy reach. Seven year-old villa in private, fenced grounds; enjoys cooling Atlantic breezes with large private pool and deck as a main feature. There is a large airy living-room, well-equipped kitchen and laundry area, and all bedrooms have their own ensuite toilet and shower , small private balcony and ceiling fans. The twin bedroom additionally has air-conditioning. The main balcony leading off the living-room overlooks the pool and has fine views towards the sea.

A great place to stay

We stayed in this delightful villa with our four teenage children over Christmas/New Year and could not have had a better time. The position of the villa on the Caribbean side of the island but with views over to the Atlantic side means that the villa always picks up a cooling breeze and air con is not necessary. The double height ceiling in the living room gave it a very spacious feeling and everything worked well.
The villa is well positioned for the beaches and local amenities but you definitely need a car - we rented a large four wheel drive vehicle but a small jeep would work well for a smaller family/group.
Overall this was an excellent place to stay and the pool was well used when we didn't want to venture out.
Owner's Response: I am pleased they liked it so much. Does not really suit those who want maid service and air conditioning everywhere. It is possible to get by more cheaply via taxis and local buses (minibuses) but I agree that hiring a jeep gives maximum flexibility.
