  • Rates include maid service once a week during stay, linens, internet and utilities. We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation and the remaining 50% sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Electricity for air conditioning is charged back based on usage. In lieu of a security deposit, guests sign a statement of liability agreeing to pay for any damages with a major credit card.
