Notes to the rental rates

• 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
  Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit, Visa, Amex, Master Card, PayPal.
  
• The Middle Apartment can optionally be combined (by direct internal staircase) with the 4 Bedroom (sleeps 8 Lower Apartment on the floor below. If you have a group of over 10 pax, please ask about this option.

  Staff and Services: Maid service is provided daily. The maid provides full housekeeping services and can assist in preparation of meals. The staff can also arrange grocery shopping (from Santiago) one or twice a week as required.

Casa Farellones, Ski Chalet, Chile

Luxurious rental home apartment and ski lodge. Full home comforts in a relaxed and spacious ski chalet set in the high Andes, just one hour drive from Santiago, Chile. Enjoy the best skiing in South America, in the most appealing accommodation. Located on a ridge at the southern edge of the village of Farellones, with panoramic views on three sides, Casa Farellones is five minutes walk from the ski lifts at Farellones (you can ski back) and five minutes drive from the ski base at La Parva or El Colorado (you can ski all the way back from here too). Valle Nevado (the third linked valley / resort in the area) is a 15 minute drive but can be accessed easily on skis from either El Colorado or La Parva ski areas. Skiing and boarding are the main winter activities. There is ample lift serviced terrain in the 3 resorts, but if you feel the need to venture further, Helli ski services are available from La Parva and Valle Nevado

Casa Farellones, The Chalet

Casa Farellones is a four storey private chalet with total built area of approximately 690 square meters set in the village of Farellones, commanding panoramic and unobstructed views to the West and South. The owners, normally resident in Thailand, use the upper two floors primarily during the ski season. The middle floor and lower floors which can be closed off from the main house as a self contained apartments are available for rent at most times of the year.

Skiing Information:

In summer mountain walking climbing or horse riding are available. Unlike the ski base villages at La Parva and El Colorado, which empty out in the summer months, Farellones has many year round residents and the generally green and tree filled gardens make it a pleasure to visit in the summer.
