Apartment Stephanie is a spacious and beautifully furnished top floor apartment located in a small fishing village of Sutivan. It is located in a quiet area 100m from the centre and 70m from the nearest beach. It has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, spacious living and dining area, one bathroom and one shower room. Luxury of the apartment is defined with a big balcony on the top of the brand new building from where a spectacular view spreads on the village of Sutivan, mainland and sea between. Stephanie is ideal place to spend your holidays – for everybody… Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Sutivan vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. Eat out at a different restaurant each evening and sample the friendly bars and cafes of the village.

Take from Supetar a 45-minute ferry ride to Split and wander through the 1700 year old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace, do some designer brand name shopping, or just promenade along the elegant palm tree lined Riva eating an ice cream! For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place to have not just a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car but also makes for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split. If walking is your thing, there’s plenty of lovely coastal and inland walks with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.

Means of access: No matter if you are arriving by car or by aeroplane, you need to reach the city of Split on the Adriatic coast. When you arrive in Split, head to Split ferry port from where there are frequent car ferries to Brac island, town of Supetar. The ferry company's name is JADROLINIJA and their offices for ferry ticket purchase are at the terminal. The ferry ticket price in one direction is approx. 30 € for a car and the driver, any extra person ticket is approx. 5€. When in Supetar, you will be greeted in the Brac island office of Dalmatian Property Management. After making the reservation of a property for your holiday, you will receive a direction sheet with photos on how to find the office.

Dalmatian Property Management office in Supetar will supply photo directions on how to get to the property, the keys of the property and all information’s about region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. In a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help and at your service throughout your stay in one of the properties we manage.

My family and I had a great experience in Croatia in general and especially on Brac Island. The ferry ride was great, Branca was very nice to us, she welcomed us with a big smile and told us everything we needed to know (since it was our first time there), nice people, very clean everywhere (on the island, in the water, in our apartment) and we loved our apartment. The location of it and everything in it. It was just what we needed and just what the web site and Branca had described. The only thing I would add is we would have loved to have 2 keys for the apartment. There were 6 of us, adults and one child, 2 couples and a family (parents and their 7 year old) all different ages and of course different needs and schedules and it would have been nice not to have to wait for each other all the time or wake somebody up in the middle of the night (getting back from a disco-bar or simply from a walk in town) to open the door for us.
We would love to come back one day, maybe with the rest of our family and friends. You sure have a beautiful country!
