A beautiful new apartment near to Trogir Old Town with open panoramic views from the balcony of the sea and coast .Island setting with bridge to mainland. Town/beach can be easily reached by walking. Excellent local transport links ,car hire not necessary, regular A/C bus and water bus, parking place. All furnishings are excellent quality and new, including beds and bedding and all fittings. There is great variety around the coast of Ciovo, enjoy strolls through the ancient streets of Trogir, see the exclusive yachts of the rich and famous in Trogir marina as you sit having a meal in the romantic ambiance of Trogir.Swim in beaches within walking distance. 1 x double room, 1 x twin room, bathroom. Kitchen & living room (fold down sofa). Balcony with sea views. Sleeps 4 comfortably / 6 using fold down sofa. Our local contact is happy to meet you at the Airport, no extra cost.

Nice holiday

We spend in Croatia 10 days in the beginning of September. The property is wonderful, very spacious and very clean (is located on the North side of the building and is not getting hot during the day). The beach nearby is very cosy and not so crowded if we compare with Okrug Gorny main beach. We rented a car and did not have to climb up and down the hill to reach the local beach, also you can park your car for free close to the beach. The island where the property is located is connected with the mainland with the little bridge and approaching to this bridge might be a problem in mornings because of traffic queue. The place itself is beautiful and views are great.

A Wonderful Holiday

We really enjoyed our visit - this is a lovely apartment with fantastic views. Liliana was very kind and helpful and really could not do enough for us. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious - we have two young children and so space was particularly important for us. We got around really easily using water taxis and buses - we usually always hire a car when on holiday but there was no need. The local beaches were excellent, good facilities and great for swimming. I really hope we will be able to return!!!

Fantastic time

We have just returned home and we loved both the apartment and the area. My teenage children found plenty to do with the beach being a short walk down. The views from the apartment are fantastic and I got some lovely sunset photographs. It is rather a steep walk to it but we didn't find it a problem. Liljiana is a lovely funny lady and very helpful.
The apartment is very light and airy with plenty of room and we were sad to leave. We will definitely visit again.

Great apartment in great location

We had a fantastic week in this apartment in Okrug. It was great to have Liliana meet us at the airport, sort a taxi out for us (from and to the airport) and give us tips and ideas for discovering the local area. The apartment is very clean and the air con is such a welcome relief. We have seen comments from others on the up-hill walk from the beach etc., and when it is hot it does seem a long way, but it takes only 7 minutes, so it's really not so bad - could be more difficult with younger children. However, the reward for the walk are the stunning views from the balcony and not being overlooked by anyone (except the swifts!) The only minor inconvenience was the break in water supply which was not for long nor too frequent. This was our first time in Croatia and we loved it. The water taxi to Trogir is a great way to travel, and everyone was so friendly. Thanks to David and Pauline for offering a gem of an apartment!
