Korcula holiday villa "Villa Diha" on Lumbarda, Korcula Island

We spent a week in First Floor Apartment 1. It was everything we could have hoped for and the spectacular view is exactly as shown in the photos. Although part of a villa with two other apartments it was very private. The living area is spacious and the kitchen well enough equipped. Balmy, moonlit evenings on the terrace were so beautiful that cooking in became the preferred option despite there being several restaurants within walking distance. Again, the location was so lovely, that days were mostly spent between the terrace and the seafront just below. For those looking for more activity, there’s an adventure centre just down the road, and plenty more options in the village of Lumbarda. Inga’s laid back, there if needed style of hospitality is just perfect. We hope to be back again!

We were delighted with our stay at the apartment; both the accommodation itself and the location exceeded our expectations.
The apartment was immaculate, well presented and equipped with everything we needed. We prefer to self-cater and everything was there for us to store, prepare and enjoy our food, eating all our meals on the extensive terrace, overlooking the bay. The rooms were comfortably furnished, light and airy.
The owners live on-site but were never intrusive. They were helpful and willing to make the effort to ensure that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay from our first enquiry until the day that we left. For example, we asked if an additional sun lounger could be made available and one appeared within the hour. They were flexible about arrival time.
The village provided everything we needed for our stay and is well served with supermarkets, shops and fresh greengrocery stalls and with cafes and bars. We drove in to the village to shop and walked in most evenings for a drink. We spent almost all of our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the breathtaking view from the terrace or swimming from the little jetty across the road in the clear, warm water.
If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a stunning location, this could be the place for you! We would recommend this property without hesitation and have already done so to our friends.

We stayed in june for two weeks in the smallest of the three appartements. Everything was like described online - just even a little bit nicer. The house is just 10 metres away from the sea, overlooking a calm and beautiful bay. In the next village named Lumbarda you can buy things and you will find some good and romatic restaurants (squid salad!). The appartement is well equipped for a perfect holiday for two. The huge terrace is shady and offers a lovely sight all over the bay. The mole in front of the house is just perfect for spending a day at/in the water, which is absolutely clear. Inga, the landlady, was a wonderful host, thanks a lot for your help, Inga! We will surely return to this fabulous place and can recommend it to everybody who seeks a quiet and recreative holiday.
