Felicity is an apartment made for two and perfect for a honeymoon. It is on the first floor of an old apartment building in the old part of the town. There is an original, solid stone staircase going up to the apartment. Inside the front door, you find yourself in Felicity's little hallway, then through to the spacious studio room with its new floor and double windows. As well as the bed, there is a coffee table and comfortable chairs for lounging in at siesta time or watching television. There is a dining table (and chairs) which easily seats four in case you want to entertain. The ceilings are unusually high, and the three large windows make the apartment bright and airy. Looking out of the windows, there is a view of a typical Rovinjian street with its cafes and restaurants used by locals and visitors. To the left there is a view of the sea, where Rovinj is planning a new marina. Listen to the friendly sounds of the street, or close the windows and enjoy the peace of the apartment

Notes to the rental rates

• Tourist tax of 80p per person per night; returnable deposit of £100 (150 euros).
  
• Reservations:
  A deposit of 30% is required to secure a reservation. Until we receive your deposit, your reservation is not guaranteed. The balance of your reservation is due one month prior to your arrival date. Failure to pay this will result in a loss of deposit and reservation.
  If a booking is made within 1 month of your proposed arrival, then the total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking.
  Refund Policy:
  Deposits are non-refundable - we will refund 50% of your deposit if we are able to rebook the apartment . In the event of cancellation after payment in full, we will refund 75% of your payment if we are able to rebook the apartment.
  Croatian Tourist Tax:
  The City of Rovinj charges a tourist tax per person for each night that you stay in Rovinj (max of 1 euro each night, per person). This tourist tax will be charged at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation this will be refunded in full - no matter how late you cancel.
  
• Damages:
  A deposit of E150 will be payable in cash, on arrival. This will be refunded after you leave the apartment, provided there are no damages.
  Minimum Booking Periods:
  In July and August, the minimum booking period is 1 week. At other times, the minimum booking period is 3 nights. At all times, shorter bookings will be taken but the minimum number of nights will be charged.
  Payment:
  Payment can be made by either cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (based on bank account).
  Payment of either the deposit or the full amount, will constitute a binding contract between you (the payer) and us (Sororis d.o.o) and implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions.
  Arrival & Departure time:
  Please plan to arrive after 2:00 pm.
  The property must be vacated by 10:00 am on your departure date.
  Pet Policy:
  Strictly No Pets are allowed.
  Smoking Policy:
  Apartments Felix and Felicity are “No Smoking” apartments.
