This beautiful brand new seafront penthouse apartment is on a peaceful cul-de-sac, on the top floor, overlooking the Adriatic. From the balcony there are stunning views of the neighbouring Slovenian and Italian coasts and of the Alps; with Venice in the background to which there are short daily hydrofoil trips. This incredibly well situated property is in a tourist area of Umag in Istria which is a few km from the Slovenia/Croatia border. The apartment includes linen, fridge, washing machine, barbeque, parking lot and satellite TV. Garaging is available if required. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a gym are within 5 minutes walk and a 5 Star Hotel with vast 5 Star facilities including GOLF is 100 m away. Sporting activities include: cycling, tennis, walking, horse-riding, swimming, basketball, roller-skating, water-skiing, scuba diving and the Aero Club offers panorama flights. All amenities close by, including supermarkets, superb restaurants and 5 star facilities make this place a winner. Great panoramic sea views with the Alps in the background. One of the best holidays we have ever had. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Walking distance to everything: 18 hole golf course, clear blue sea, restaurants, sports facilities, security guards patrol the local 5 star area so very safe zone. Private parking spaces. There is so much to see and do and opportunities to relax on the balcony with fantastic views and wine that we have to go back – heavenly.

Fantastic position, ideally located, easy to get to, clean and peaceful just what you need to unwind. A gem of an apartment, you get up and step out on to the balcony and the entire 180 degree sea and mountain views just hit you, ready to start a glorious day.You can see 5 countries from it: Italy, Swizterland, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia - amazing!!! It has everything to make an unforgettable holiday for all ages.
