Blue Istria, Biskupija, Medulin, 2 beautifully appointed, luxurious and spacious adjacent first floor apartments, both have spectacular sea view and overlook the swimming pool. Each apartment has double bedroom, sitting/ dining room + kitchenette, bathroom. Larger apartment has an additional twin bedroom and sleeps 4+2. Smaller apartment sleeps 2 + 2. Both have additional sofa beds, terrace (balcony), air-con, parking, 150 yards from the seafront. 300m from unspoilt beaches. 5 minutes walk from the old town and restaurants, shops etc. All ingredients for a perfect holiday.

This spacious, new build apartment is one of two adjacent units situated on the first floor of a 12 apartment block, with stunning sea views, overlooking the swimming pool and sun-lounging area. It contains a double bedroom at the side of the apartment There is a modern shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. The large lounge/dining and kitchenette area is air-conditioned, with balconies off both the kitchen and lounge to relax overlooking the sea and swimming pool below. The kitchenette is newly fitted with cooking facilities, refrigerator, adequate storage and equipment to meet a family needs. A large dining table with seating for 6. There is also a sofa bed, to enable this apartment to accommodate a party of four comfortably. The adequately sized swimming pool is in an ideal spot in relation to the apartments, as both enjoy maximum day sun, allowing parents to relax either by the pool or on the balcony directly above.

Medulin enjoys an exceptional climate with an average of 2,480 hours of sunshine a year and is blessed with lovely scenery. There are also numerous top-quality sports & recreational facilities around Medulin which are regularly used by many European top sporting names. Situated just 5Km from the beautiful city of Pula. The area of Medulin was already settled in prehistoric times & was used by the Romans for building summer residences here. The most luxurious among them, situated on Vizula Peninsula, was built in the 4th century during the period of the exiled son of Emperor Constantine Crisp. While touring Medulin's historical and architectural heritage one must not miss the church of Our Lady of Health, which keeps valuable frescoes & Glagolitic graffiti from the 15th century. The parish church of St. Agnes [Janja], built in 1894, is characterized by twin 33-meter-high bell towers, which are a common motif on postcards from Medulin.

    200 Euros deposit to secure the booking, balance to be paid within 2 months of taking holiday, plus 200 Euros cheque as security against breakages and damage - this will not be cashed and is returned at the end of your holiday
  • Cancellation and early termination
    (1) If the Tenant terminates this contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following fees to cover costs (excluding cleaning), in addition to loss of deposit paid:
    Termination
    - over 49 days before rental period: 10 % of rental balance
    - over 35 days before rental period: 30 % of rental balance
    - over 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental balance
    - over 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental balance
    - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental balance
    The Advertiser can thereafter let the property to someone else.
    (2) If the Tenant terminates their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are still obliged to pay the full rental price.
    (3) Termination must be made in writing. The date of termination is considered to be date the document is received by the Advertiser.

This is a lovely apartment block with a beautiful view. There is a lovely (though stony) beach just 5 mins walk away. The main beach in Medulin is about 15 minutes away. The pool is excellent. The owner has provided 2 loungers to use by the pool. The apartment is spacious with adequate furniture and equipment-- not really the luxury referred to in the advert though.
