150m from beach, self standing villa with 3 apartments, clean and renovated

The villa is located only at 7 minutes' walk from wonderful, secluded rocky bay.

It is only 400m always from a very popular Maritime Park 9km long, with pebbles-rocky-sandy beaches, a protected area where tortoises, dolphins and monk seals are often spotted.

Intact Mediterranean environment, with amazing views over islands, a lighthouse, the Kvarner Gulf and Velebit Mountains.

Small picturesque village, with many restaurants, small shops, fishmonger, veg stalls, etc.

Very suitable for families, fully equipped for small children. Rent-a-bike available for free.

Ryanair flies to Pula (9km far) 4 times per week from Stansted, charter flights available, Croatia Airlines offers connections every day with mayor European cities.

The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a small village on the border with a beautiful maritime reserve: 9Km long and 2 Km wide, it provides almost 30Km of coastline, with incredible bays, views over the Kvarner Islands, a lighthouse, small and picturesque islet.

It's a great place if you want to discover Croatia and Istria being close to famous amenities like Pula and its Roman Arena, but from a proper fisherman's village...and the cleanest sea of the area.

  • 20% deposit required with booking, refundable upon cancellation at least 20 days before arrival. Price includes electricity, water, sheets, towels, tablecloth changed weekly, cleaning at arrival and departure. Local taxes are not included: approx 3.5 euro/person for the registration at arrival, plus 1 euro/adult/night, 0,5 euro/night for children between 12 and 18 years old. On July and August we accept only weekly reservations (Sat 4pm-Sat 10 am). Other periods, please contact us to arrange.

RT Kamenjak maritime park: 400m from the house there are the gates of beautiful RT (=point) Kamenjak, a protected area, a peninsula 9Km long, 3 Km wide, with many different types of bays (pebbles, rocks, sand). White routes only, suitable for car, trekking and mountain bikes. Small entrance fee to be paid (approx 3 euro/day/car) if you use the car. All bays have pine wood on the background, suitable for children. Dinosaurs footprints visible on some rocks.

The nearest beach: The nearest beach can be reached by walking 7-8 minutes though a pine wood. Very small, almost private, quiet, perfect for fishing. High water, not suitable for very young children.

It's been a wonderful vacation here in Premantura. Kamenjak has been love at first sight, thanks for all the hospitality. I am going to recommend this plasce to all my friends. Your hints about restaurants were all perfect, so because of this and the good weather we go home fat and sun-tanned.

beh...per cominciare si puo' riassumere in una parola il concetto di villa claudia e della famiglia Cherin in una parola: "dobro dosli" ossia benvenuti!! questo fa capire l'accoglienza e la simpatia che ci hanno riservato aldo e gabriella al nostro arrivo e per tutta la durata della vacanza.
Poi...beh: Kamenjak!!!
