Two stone houses (rented together) with a large, secluded swimming pool (9x4.5m) & large garden in the beautiful hills of the lovely island of Brac. The property, called Kod Kriza, has stunning 180 degree uninterrupted views of the sea & Dalmatian mainland. It is located on the outskirts of a pretty village with shop, bar and restaurant. It is a 10 min drive to the charming, historic seaside town of Pucisca which offers beaches, excellent restaurants, shops and other amenities. In the other direction is Croatia's most famous beach - Zlatni Rat at Bol. Kod Kriza is finished to a very high standard with new fittings, fixtures & furnishings throughout. In one house there is a twin bedroom, bathroom, large living room with sofabed & kitchen. In the other are 3 double bedrooms, one with sofabed & two bathrooms, one ensuite, one shared. There is a large garden surrounding the houses with covered eating area, outdoor kitchen & grill, secluded pool area between the houses & also a roof terrace

Kod Kriza lies in a stunning and secluded spot at the edge of a charming old village in the hills of the beautiful island of Brac. The village has a shop and a bar / pizzeria and there is an excellent restaurant a little way out of the village. It has easy access to the North and South coasts of the island, with a 10 minute drive to Pucisca, a beautiful town with beaches and plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. In the other direction, it is 20 minutes to Bol and the attractions of a large, but still understated resort. Brac itself is one of Croatia's most attractive islands, but is accessible in just an hour by ferry from Split.

The place of the house is perfect and you can reach different location at Brac. You have a beautiful view from the house to the sea and coast of Dalmatian. The house, garden and pool are in a good condition and were perfect prepared at our arrival day. My three kids liked especially the swimming pool:-) The owner was very polite full and provided us many useful tips regarding restaurants, beaches and beautiful locations on the island. We recovered very well during our 2 weeks stay and will be definitely come back in the next years.
