Additional information about rental rates

  • The property is booked from 15.00 on the day of arrival and vacated at 10am - this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. However, the arrival and departure times are flexible providing there are no immediate bookings before/after your stay.
    A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (non refundable), with the balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.
    Refunds cannot be made on any money already paid. It is therefore recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance so that if you need to cancel your holiday for any reason you will be able to claim a refund.
    A refundable damage deposit of 150gbp or 200 Euro is paid on arrival and refunded on departure subject to no damages or key loss.

    Taxi transfer from either airport can be arranged. Both airports are a 35 - 40 min drive - the metered fee is 60 - 65Euro.

Returning to the Love Island!

I chose my Cyprus holiday because I used to live there a while ago, and from the start I was very impressed with the level of service that I recieved from the apartment owner. She was extremely helpful before we even started our holiday, helping us with information about car hire, places to eat and keeping in constant contact with us.
The apartment is very pleasant, and in a quieter area of the Limassol tourist strip. It was very clean and well kept, and the little extras like coffee and tea were very welcome when we arrived. I would say to anyone arriving late at night, however, to make sure that they take plenty of water with them to the apartment, as the water in the tap did not have a very pleasant smell to it, but that is something you come to expect in Cyprus after all.
The facilities at the apartment were very good and we soon made ourselves at home, it was very relaxing to feel like you were on holiday, but you had everything you needed right there in the apartment if you needed it. The poool is immaculate and the surrounding areas are also very well kept.
I would recommend that anyone going to Cyprus should steer well clear of the tourist strip for eating out, it is grossly overpriced and not good quality food, but you can find some great places if you are prepared to travel a short distance and embrace the traditional Cyprus.We had a great takeaway from a small takeway on Makarious Avenue, just off the roundabout, a place that I used to frequent 16 years ago when I lived there, and it is still as good!! Thank you Midia, for a lovely holiday, we hope to return one day.

Beautifully presented and quiet luxury apartment

This apartment is beautifully presented, clean and in a quiet location set back from the main road and surrounded by 5* hotels. It is 5 minute walk to a sandy beach, and also shares a pool, which is never too busy. Very convenient for bars, restaurants and shops, but you would not know it was in a busy resort town, as it's in a nice peaceful location.

Excellent air conditioning, and all mod cons including WiFi, DVD, CD etc. A very large balcony suitable for sunbathing or eating. Ideal for couples who are seeking a luxury get-away which is peaceful but still close to all amenities, or lone holidaymakers who want a good base to explore the island. I was staying in Cyprus for work when I rented this apartment, and as a woman staying on her own I found it safe, quiet, and extremely comfortable. Everything you could need, and a very helpful owner.

Perfect Apartment

This apartment is exactly as described and much, much more. It is immaculately maintained and the owner has thought of everything. I stayed for one week at the beginning of May this year and when I arrived there was water in the fridge, tea, coffee, milk and a lot of other useful items. The location is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and is in a lovely area. The closest restaurant, which is Italian, is literally one minute from the apartment and the closest Mini Market is only a two minute stroll away. From the very large balcony you have wonderful views of the sea and also of the apartment’s shared swimming pool. If you like peace and quiet you’ll love the pool as I only ever saw about six people using the pool at the same time. For the ladies; there are plenty of mirrors including a full length with lots of light. There was also a hairdryer and tongs. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting their holiday accommodation to be that little bit ‘special’. I can’t thank the owner enough for letting me stay in the apartment. It was wonderful.
