Notes to the rental rates

  • The property is booked from 15.00 on the day of arrival and vacated at 10am - this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. However, the arrival and departure times are flexible providing there are no immediate bookings before/after your stay.
    A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (non refundable), with the balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.
    Refunds cannot be made on any money already paid. It is therefore recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance so that if you need to cancel your holiday for any reason you will be able to claim a refund.
    A refundable damage deposit of 150gbp or 200 Euro is paid on arrival and refunded on departure subject to no damages or key loss.
    Taxi transfer from either airport can be arranged. Both airports are a 35 - 40 min drive - the metered fee is 55 - 60 Euro.

The terrace is furnished with 2 dining chairs and table, 1 deck chair and 1 sun-lounger. There are electric sun-awnings that provide shade on the veranda throughout the day. The contemporary open plan kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances - washing machine, electric oven and hob, has granite worktops and breakfast bar with 2 dining chairs and is equipped with everything you'll need including iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crystal and glassware, french - press coffee maker etc. The property is fully air - conditioned (hot and cold) and full bed lined and bath towels are provided. The living room has a flat-screen LCD TV, DVD and CD player and a telephone that you can use to make local calls and receive local and international incoming calls. The internet broadband connection has been terminated, but can be re-activated if required for a fee of 50 Euro and 2 weeks prior notice.
