A large modern bungalow with swimming pool, air conditioning and SKY satellite TV only 5 miles from Limassol town and 1 mile to the beach, set in a small cul-de-sac development of similar properties giving a nice secluded environment. Inside the bungalow is a well appointed kitchen including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven etc. All rooms are air conditioned with full linen service (changed weekly). Outside the pool measures 10m x 5m and is surrounded by a patio giving a large area for patio table and chairs and sun loungers. Also there is a BBQ and the lawn is automatically watered twice daily giving a green lawn all year round.

Prygos village is located about 5 miles to the east of Limassol about 1mile from the main highway linking Larnaca to Limassol and only half an hour from the airport at Larnaca.

Recently spent a week in Cyprus for our Sons wedding and booked this villa earlier in the year. We were not disappointed, bright, clean, well proportioned, spacious and all the equipment you need for your holiday away. As the villa is a single story, there was no issues or problems with young children and stairs, easy to get around for people who have mobility needs. Outdoor pool was a very welcoming feature given the high daytime temperatures and was all well maintained along with the villas gardens. It was easy to find and was close enough to the main centres and motorway network to making driving a relatively easy option. Our party (3 adults + 2 children) thought this villa was exceptional value and we have no hesitation in recommending it to other tourists/visitors.

Quality Villa in Pyrgos

I have booked this accommodation on three occassions for friends and family who were visiting me in Cyprus. This villa is furnished to a high standard and provides all of the appliances that you would find in your own home, including a dishwasher. It is maintained to a high standard and is very clean. Outside it has a lawned area and a private swmming pool. Garden furniture is porvided. It's location requires that you hire a car though it is only 1.5 miles from a beach. Pyrgos is a 2 minute drive from the freeway that provides access to the entire island. This property is in a reasonably quiet location but within a mile of excellent restaurants and bars. If you are looking for quality villa that is away from the noise but within a couple of minutes drive of restaurants and bars I recommend that you stay here. My friends and family have been very happy with their stay and have vowed to return. Paul Williams, the owner, is very helpful and easy to do business with.
